The legendary Starretts!!! Kelly’s work and KneesOverToesGuy’s work should be the health conscious person’s Bibles. Their combined bodies of work will bulletproof yourself.

Walking (helps with stress, sleep, back pain, amongst many other benefits), getting outside/sunlight/fresh air, floor sitting, practicing single leg balance (can tie this to brushing your teeth so you create a daily habit), hip extension exposure (i.e. "couch stretch" or Peterson lunge iso), foot health (i.e. positioning, regularly barefoot, mobilizing)

"Hats off" to u 4 making the Starretts available to yur audience! 💪 My wife and I endured a 'painful' mobility class with Kelly....almost a decade ago.....and we've never been the same. Glad to say....on a good day...we can pass the "old man" test 🤣. Eat, pray and lift!

I am both a serious track and field athlete/trail runner and rock climber/mountaineer. My weak area would probably be martial arts but day to day I have most stuff covered in terms of being able to handle terrain and all around durability.

I was born and raised in hawaii and island feet are definitely a thing. But kids who grew up as athletes had strong functional feet because we played barefoot at the park. We had to use our slippers/shoes as cones. Also ask any kid from hawaii, when we race we put our slippers on our hands "so we can run faster" lol

Loved it, Kelly is the reason I have semi creamy hamstrings. I'm 39 now and appreciate all the precious info. Great to know your audience is not all elite lifters. Some of us are tired, beaten up, poor, parents with fond memories of 'me time' at the gym.

Sure, walking is great, but not everyone lives in a place where they can go for a walk. Some of us live in cities where it would be very dangerous to go for a walk, and some of us live in cities where it might be -30° outside. Not exactly ideal conditions for going for a walk. instead of knocking people for walking on the treadmill, maybe commend them for doing what they can.
