You don't need special tools for this traditional snack, just use a FORK, it's easy. Snail-shaped snack, crispy, slightly spicy and appetizing. I replaced water with coconut milk in this recipe really made this snack CRUNCHY and not hard. This is really addictive!
250g wheat flour or all purpose flour
20g corn flour
1 medium size egg
3g curry powder
3g seasoning powder
100ml coconut milk
30g butter
1tsp salt - adjust to taste
other ingredients can be added - dried shrimps, cumin and funnel powder
