As an Indian, we absolutely do not like the word "cheap". I can tell you a story about this. In January 2008, a car named "Tata Nano" was launched in India for a price of 100,000 Indian rupees. At that time, the starting price of cars in India was 500,000 to 600,000 rupees. Tata Motors' main goal was to make a car that could be afforded even by the poor and middle class, and that's how the Nano created. Everything went perfectly from the engineering team, and the output was good. However, the sales department advertised it as the cheapest car ever made, which led to the failure of the car. Later on, we realized our mistake and started respecting the Tata Nano. So, obviously, we hate the word "cheap". A better term would be "affordable".

How is 28 lakh rupees cheap

In India as a Mechanical engineer, a fresher can earn max 5-6 lakh per year. most of the cases it will be 3.5 lakh per year🤣 But in Australia if you check, they will get around 90k-100k for fresher. if you convert it into indian rupees, it will be 54 lakhs per year. so buying a car which cost 30lakh indian rupees in their country is cheap for them. mean while it will take more than 6 years of saving for us😂😂

Cheap auto makers?? Really? Cheeky Australian reviewers is more like it and it hasn't changed even after that massive ego crushed down to "Ashes" sometime in the world history. But I'm not complaining becoz I know what goes behind and between those blue-green-red eyes, which interestingly aren't native to Australia at all. Way to go cheapo.🤣😂
