I’m not native but I have to say - whenever I hear this, it makes me cry and I don’t know why. I’m a grown man who’s normally not prone to crying. For some reason it makes me feel sad and happy at the same time. Both energetic and mournful. It’s surreal. I have so much love and respect for my indigenous brothers and sisters. Thank you for sharing your traditions with the whole world.

Im not Indigenous or Native American but whenever I hear them sing whether its slow paces or fast pace, I feel a presence. I know my ancestors are Taino Indians but to listen to pow wow and observe pow wows, again I get a certain special feeling or a spiritual presence around me that makes my hair stand on end. I dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing. Maybe someone who is Native American can explain?

Thank you, Brothers. Beautiful, keep on the Singing Path. I tell my singers, you want to live your life like a Good Song, so long after... people will remember you and speak of your deeds, words & good ways. In times of hardship, they will remember how you faced your adversity--the ups & downs of your trials... yet maintaining the Rhythm & Melody. Just like on the 3rd day of singing, voice raw, pulling air to your lungs and sending that lead up once again... we are here...HEAR US! Take care of yourselves, care for one another, stay humble, be grateful. Ahehee'
