Indian Chicken Curry
Ingredients
**For marinating chicken**
1/2 kg chicken
2 teaspoon curd
1/2 lemon juice(big sized)
2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon of chilly powder/paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
salt as per your taste
marinate the chicken for 45 mins
**For chicken curry**
3 tomatoes and 2 onion
1 teaspoon chicken masala
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
whole spices - 2 bay leaves, 1 small cinnamon, 2 cardamom, some cumin seeds, some peppercorns, 1 star anise
*******Indian Vegetable Pulao********
2 medium sized onions
1 small carrot
handful of peas
1 potato
2 green chilies (you can avoid if you want less spicy)
2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
whole spices - 2 bay leaves, 1 small cinnamon, 2 cardamom, some cumin seeds, some peppercorns, 1 star anise
1 teaspoon of curd
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of ghee/clarified butter
For 1.5 glass of basmati rice, I have taken 2 glasses of water. Adjust according to the basmati rice that you take.
Also, I have allowed only 2 whistles in the cooker.
