Eggless Chocolate cake
Dry ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar, powdered
1/2 Cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
Wet ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Hot water
1/2 Cup Cold milk
1 Tbsp Vanilla essence
2 Tbsp Yogurt (Dahi)
How to Make Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake
1. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C. Grease a baking tin with some oil.
Dry ingredients:
1. In a bowl sift together our,
sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking
soda and salt. Keep aside.
Wet ingredients:
1. In a bowl whisk together 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup hot water till well
blended. Let it cool down a bit.
2. Once done add the milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
3. Add the yogurt. Mix well.
4. Now gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and
whisk them together.
5. Pour it in a greased tin.
