An unusual shrub in the UK with clusters of deep, purple-rose coloured, pea-like flowers throughout summer which stand out well against the pale green, pinnate (feather-like) leaves.
Although attractive in its own right, the plant in this video is growing in a relatively cold, wet, exposed garden and in a hot, sunny position would have a better display of flowers still.
The Indigofera heterantha in this video is a young specimen growing in Derbyshire, UK and is approx 4 - 5 years old.
Height:3 ft / Spread: 3 - 4 ft
