Is there any of you ever feeling confused about how much soy sauce, how much of this and that ingredients you should put in (*because most recipes only say: add salt "to your taste", add this & that spices / ingredients "to your taste / as necessary") :D
If you are going to make Fried Noodle with good recipe & don't want to worry if you dish is too salty, too sweet, or too plain, watch this video.
The recipe is just right (the ingredients, the composition) & the steps are also really easy.
You could use this recipe for sell too. No need to be afraid that the consistency of the taste will be different each time you cook it because there is already the right amount in this video (even how many grams of the dry noodles are there too) :)
In my opinion, this recipe is a mainstay. Just like the one you can taste in Food Stalls or Restaurants (but this one is a non MSG recipe). The taste is still really good. You have to try it :)
