I am by no means a dancer, I actually often laugh at my dance moves because they can get so silly 😅. I was a little nervous making this video for that reason, but I honestly just had fun with it, and it turned into something that was a blast AND burned calories. This is the first workout video I've even done where I actually enjoyed the instructor from start to finish. I absolutely adore your personality and appreciate there's no cliche, aggressive pep-talking, just emoting with your expressions. I also TRULY appreciate you prepare us for the next step so we have a chance to wrap our minds around it. For people like me with little coordination, that was incredibly helpful. This is a life-saver for me. No joke.

I am so grateful to you Jo!! I've started working out at least three times a week with you, and I don't dread it- I can't say I exactly look forward to it, but for me, that's revolutionary. I have fibromyalgic, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS and a whole host of other mental illnesses, so exercise is SOOOO key for my wellbeing, plus I've been in recovery from an ED for years and any weight gain is a trigger for me (or loss, for that matter). With your workouts, I've been able to maintain my weight and I feel better with my physical and my mental illnesses. Your moves are easy and your workouts are totally doable for anyone, and I feel so much less worried about my long term health knowing I"m doing cardio 3+ times a week now like I should. I love your positivity, I love your encouragement, I love how accessible you make this for everyone and I absolutely loveeeee the variety of videos you've got! I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see more 25-35 minute workouts and please, more EDM!!!! ALL my love and gratitude to you!!! You're truly changing lives.

The wiping sweat under the glasses REALNESS. I haven't worked out in forever (postpartum and a little lazy) and this was the perfect amount of workout. I am sweaty and messy but not dead. Feeling motivated to get up in the a.m. and workout for the first time in the longest just to do it again 😊💪

This one had quite a few twists and turns and I couldn't always keep up,I just kept moving and felt great. tomorrow marks week 3 of my workouts with Jo. I started doing 1-2 15 min workouts each day and now I do 4 15 min workouts on the weekends. I am addicted and it feels great. My head is so clear! I will post my progress after a month guys!

This was SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!!! I am a very avid workout girl and professional ballet dancer, doing HIIT and cardio and intense classes every day, but in the evenings sometimes I like to just walk and not worry about all the hard moves and jumping and rules and just let loose! Hi Jo! I have been doing your workouts for a week now and am loving it! 🥰 I have done other workouts before but the floor to upright transitions and the pace left me out of breath and dizzy! I could not keep up with the changes too in previous workouts and just gave up! I love how your workouts are low impact, easy on the knees and I can do them barefoot too! I look forward to doing your workouts everyday and see a difference in my body. I do not see the scale that much and go by how I feel. 🥰 I have been feeling more energised, optimistic and have this clarity of mind. I was in a real slump of not working out for months and feeling blah but your walking workouts are so fantastic and a great way to get the body moving again. I do one of your walking workouts every morning before work and it puts me in a great mood and energizes me for the rest of the day. I loved this workout burned 277 calories in 20 mins and still sweating. It was so fun. The kicks I skipped and did leg lifts and compensated for other things I can’t do without hurting myself, but it was so good.

GAHHH 😍 I am so happy I found your videos!! My favorite instructor stopped teaching Step a few years ago and I’ve struggled to find motivation for anything else. No other classes compared to hers! …until NOW. Your sequences of high knees/kicks are awesome. I don’t know how it took me so long to find your channel, but I’m truly relieved that I did. I can't tell you the last time I had this much fun working out and moving!!! I have had so many injuries that I had to give up competing and hard training and everything that goes along with it. Super depressing and demoralizing. I've had to scale back so much, I didn't realize how much I missing getting to move and not feel bad about not being able to do things!! Honestly, I enjoyed this work out so much and it is such a gift you've given me, to get movement back into my life!!

I've been doing this workout, the 00's workout for the last 2 weeks and I've been losing weight (combined with eating more mindfully). You're upbeat and positive and have a pretty great music selection. I find I'm sweating by 1/4 of the way thru the workouts at times but feeling exhausted and proud of my self when I'm done. Today I tried one of your Tabata workouts and it kicked my butt so much!! I'm so thankful that you're making these videos! I'm only down 6lbs right now but that's in only 2 weeks which I'm so excited for! I can't wait to get my abs back and my booty poppin!! Thank you so so much!!

JO...I Loved this!!! All month I've done a video every day and I have seen a great improvement in my Body! I'm dying to get on the scale but I refuse to let those numbers dictate how I feel about myself any longer!! Since I discovered your videos I feel the difference in my health ...Physical and Mental wellness. When I heard Crystal Waters...I Screamed ! Jo it took me back to those Clubs days!!! My 10yo daughter walked in while I was doing this workout and stuck around because she liked the music ... which led to me showing her music videos of what I grew up listening to. We're now in heavy debate over which boy band was better, Nsync or Backstreet Boys 😆
