I saw some of your videos luke...I am really impressed...my fitness journey started just 2 years back...now will be nutritionist by next month at 44 years of my age cured myself of diabetes and high BP, reduced by biological age. I would love to meet u ....and be part of healing people....keep it up...great work...

Very nice... I walk in my room while listening to songs after every meal for 10 mins..that is actually helping..I feel good at the end of the day

hie.. thanks for all your valuable information.. it's really great.. but I want to share my point that as you said "you do 25 squats or jumping jacks in between your client appointments" but those are not considered as NEAT. Neat refers to those movements we do unplanned or unconsciously or which are not considered as exercise. for eg. cooking, cleaning your house, fidgeting, random activities(just like you said walking while talking in phone). but squats, suryanamaskar, jumping jacks etc are not considered as neat. (just sharing based on my study and research)

Hi Luke. My right knee is painful at present. Find difficulty in walking. Is it okay to pace up & down while speaking to someone? Any other exercise you can recommend? Maybe something for stronger knees & erect back. Tend to bend while walking because of the pain.
