Your list is pretty accurate especially meta wise, I really do wish the developers would take the time to fix the older units like you talked about silhadars and vgs, some of the coolest looking units in the game but they get quickly overshadowed against meta units

I would put Reapers over Orochi(might put him on A instead), Queens, and Zwei. Not only cuz they are easier to use but simply they are more useful in deathball situation. Orochi, Queens, and Zwei are better in small skirmishes. In high ranked game it's less likely to have people roaming around and get caught.

you did modao dirty man, you sugar coat phalanx too much. You just compared the strong of phalanx to modao weakness of course it's gonna make phalanx a better unit when them both shine in different way of anti cav. modao don't get knock down and can still turn while bracing form, has damage reduction and just normally tankier stats

Ye but they good vs cavalry not vs units. They struggle vs normal units. Phalanx on the other hand counter any cavalry and can do well in melee fights.That's the think. But A is good units still.

Phalanx can turn. Just brace them first, then V. They will hold braced formation but turn their pikes to the nearest enemy.

Pretty good list. I definitely wouldn't put Orachi and Zweis in the same tier as Reapers though. Like you said, they are both hard to use to full effect, while reapers are dead easy. Not to mention you see reapers 5 times as much as the other 2. Initially would have disagreed with the Phalanx and Madao placement, if you did this a week ago ( I would have reversed them,) but now that the phalanx has been out for a while and people have learned how to play them, I have to agree with the placement.

I agree that reapers are easy and powerfull but if you use zweis and orochi well you can get tons of value probably even more. They just harder to use sadly.

Fully leveled and mastered mace sergeants are really good they are made to fight tier 4 and 5 units but you wanna put them in a blob and be behind shields

Press F5 and change season.At the top right on the corner there is "click to switch seasons". Last season you get the wuwei and many units.

It's S tier in my opinion, pushes siege tower,gives extra xp,no resupply cost and gives a huge def buff for the siege engines they push,Lowest leadership in the game.

Monks are squishy and weak, but they've been so much fun standing at top of ladders with. Kick a ladder or 2 down, I was able to kill half serges and a few reapers with the 2 active. It's funny

I don't know what happened to maa I have them maxed top and split mid veterancy, full damage docs and full mastery but they can't kill anything but if an enemy has them, I and everything I have gets killed on contact A note on imperial shields, they can be both tanky af or squishy af, it all depends if you are using formation, cover commander and engagement timing correctly, if you play them willy nilly they can be killed in a breeze but if played well, they are almost literally immortal, on a side note if really maxed I find top tankier but bottom line is better as it's a little more versatile due to the shield bash and heal, if someone is a longsword or short sword, I suggest switching to top line. Huskarls, there are 2 things that makes them bad, their 1 skill and how passive their ai is, if at least their 1 skill is switched to a more traditional cover commander skill where they shield bash and axe strike regularly then they will become instantly better, but sadly their "boar snout" skill seems to make them even more passive in terms of attack rate and only do a slow shield bash that deals less damage than their "regular" damage, sure it pushes enemy back but it's too sporadic and low damage to be of any effect as either cc or damage, using them in V is somehow their best brawl mode but as I mentioned most of the times they just stand there even with max song maximizing their "combat prowess", even their charge has strings as it has relevant burst damage only at max chant so, too much set up to be of realistically use and if I remember correctly, their charge also have little to no block break. I would to put phalanx above zweihaders, zweis have 2 main characteristics self heal for survivability and high aoe damage, phalanx skills if used properly can definitely outperform what zweis are used for and are proper anti cav that usually are brutal even for zweis that can survive cav charges

in my oppinion demease spear men are S tier aswell they are tanky aswell with mastery alchemists are S tier for sure for 100 leadership u see them every ranked game. Palace guards and myrmillos are S tier aswell they counter every meta unit( as an example with myrmillos u can full tank cocos / sypho ) and u heal. Tankiest unit rn and a really nice shock unit on top of that they OneShot the Phalanx. Rest is pretty accurate Great Job!! :D

When i see phalanx I thank enemy team for easy kills tbh lol When I want anti cav, I use most of the time forte.. much cheaper version of phalanx... And can do well too with support of the team same as phalanx...

Orochi, Zweilander and spearmen should be A not S, why? Orochi to vulnerable after skilling and brace have no CC effect, Zweilander 1st skill tap, re-tap 1st skill and drag them at front and tap 2nd skill making them spend to much effort skilling and always outplayed by Lancelot, Spearmen is dead, not only getting over run by XuanJie Heavy cavalry, most unit with blunt like mace sergeant can easy dominate this 4 star unit due to Blunt Meta, and they take dmg from Imperial Archer also overpower by Imperial Pikemen when enemy hero drop a CC skill and start advancing.

Spearman for their own tier perform really well. If enemy pick ranged units they are your best units in game. They tanky. A LOT. OROCHI ZWEI they are super hard to play but if you play them well they S.Just require skills.

I cant get over the fact, that when imp pikes and sunward phalanx advance at each other, the phalanx stands no chance... just a borderline trash unit even tho its my most favorite unit in the game. the cant turn around and fight against enemies in the back (even tho every other pike unit can) they loose so hard even against the front and their clunkiness just makes them unplayable... 0/10 from booming tech for such a wasted opportunits

I will put Onna down to B because they ain't that strong anymore, less heal, paper defensive,.. (especially commanders have a lot of advantage than old day, full of immune). Azaps to A, because their second skill can counter almost every unit, except MAA. Mace Sergant to B, just a free unit for newbie but not a recommend even with perfectly build doctrine still can't against these buckle 5s charge =[. The 2 star shield spear Sergeant definitely S, very good block, balance between pure dmg deal (they can pock with single hit up to 10k dmg) and health. They often being used on many battle and even been one of the most units choice on CBL Tournament. Alchemist Girl.. hmm A, the same as Singer. 4k healing every time, smoke reduce enemy sight and accuracy, bonus boost speed for allies. And she run very fast with Shoes 5. Other just ok.

Spear seargent sadly seems to get bullied in most games so maybe A sure S no. Onna musha it's all about skills. Played correctly reach A for sure. That's why i put em there. Still heavy dmg from them so they deserve it. Mace sergant i agree could be B was thinking about it but they still bring good value especially for new players and you get them free and full mastery. Azaps no. Because azaps even with full mastery no one plays them. I think they okey but not so good.

The only unit when i use wuwei mansion guard that i genuinely fear are iron Reapers They chew up wuwei mansion guard And the bleed they do is useless against A unit that has more armor than a tiger tank And Wuwei definitely need a nerf I have killed in one match 34 player heros with wuwei in siege battle

They are good vs cav when walking. They can kill anything that doesnt have block (and arnt IR) when they are walking but outside of that useless. Mastery helps a bit.

They are very strong, the problem with them is that they have no "block" formation and that their advance needs to be timed properly, their advance have the problem that it can be easily interrupted by any hero, capable of throwing units, if they pay attention and even then you must make sure that you don't advance while they are too close to the enemy or instead of a proper pike advance with the pike they will shove to push away close enemies, another important thing to remember is to remember to use the mastery stab skill so they can potentially reset the advance or to brace post or mid advance so they don't get too much out of position, if I use them I can usually get at least 30 kills of every kind of t4 except tower shields Solid A but definitely not S

@@ennou1236 I think its better they dont have block formation, if you want focused damage, use F1 perpendicularly, but F1 normally lets it be wide and deep enough to catch most formations, you can also artificially make a block formation with F1 perpendicular and charge doc

@@雷伊貝 normal f1 is too spread out and normal f2 is too thin in those formations even at an angle it easy to forcefully make a hole with hero cc, f3 is ok an can work as a makeshift block but most pikesare concentrated on the sides, the best formation to march I found is to move them around in f3 then before doing any other command, you x them forward in the desired formation in f1, they will start to spread out a little and if you imput the next command at the right time, it will become a more uniform formation, f2 also works but they will spread out way faster I find that their unformed f2 and sometimes f1 formations, if Xed forward by a fairly "long" distance, that also groups them better than just their normal formations
