KZitem recently changed the way channels work. My channel needs 1,000 subscribers in order to be able to do live videos and expand our reach. It would be awesome if you could show your support by both watching my videos and subscribing to my channel. Monetizing my videos allows me to invest back into the channel with new equipment and fresh content, so a small gesture from you goes a long way for me. Many thanks for your support!

One thing should be made clear: for people who are new to this concept and that's "Modified Endowment Contract". I am sure you can explain this just as elegantly as you have been. This is a great concept, but timing plays a very important role when you set this up. I learned of this concept about ten years ago when I overheard my manager speaking with one of my co-workers, it was my first month working for the firm. So I did my own due diligence and purchased Nash's book. You're correct when you say it needs to be done correctly. Thanks for remaining me to get back on track. The book is an easy read, but I put it down years ago, but today I am reading it from cover to cover, thanks for the inspiration, my friend.

utoobproductreviews if you have a cash value life insurance, there should be loans available against that policy’s cash value. The big difference between a specially designed policy and a basic whole life policy is the amount of cash value available to borrow against, and working with a company that makes it easy to get at the cash value. I can take a look at your policy and let you know more specifically how to make the most of it. Send me a message through my website. www.oregoncashflopro.com

This gives you a way better percentage rate than a bank account or CD. What's the downside?
@OregonCashFlowPro
5 жыл бұрын
The only downside is the time it takes to “turn a profit.” The initial funding period to break even typically takes 4-6 years. It’s kind of like starting a business that’s guaranteed to turn a profit after a certain number of years.

@@OregonCashFlowPro so the first 4-6 years are spent on commissions for an agent?
@OregonCashFlowPro
3 жыл бұрын
@@peanut0brain no, the breakeven is when more money is in the policy than you’ve paid into it, after all expenses are accounted for. Maybe in a poorly designed policy that maximizes the commission and has a breakeven of 15-20 yrs the commission might be paid over a couple of years. That’s like worst case scenario. A well designed policy minimizes the commission and is covered in the first year AND there’s plenty of cash value as well.

Can you do a video comparing this Infinite Banking Policy to how an IUL work.
@OregonCashFlowPro

Can you clarify what you’re looking for? An IUL can work for infinite banking in the same way as the one I showed here. It just credits differently and may not have guaranteed growth like a whole life policy.

Hi James, which company offers a 6% growth in a cash value life insurance? I like the 6%!
@OregonCashFlowPro
3 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately the low interest environment isn’t very conducive to dividends that are high enough to net 6% after insurance expenses. That could change in the future if dividends rise. The only opportunity to currently get over 6% would be with an IUL, where growth is tied to an index rather than a dividend.

Can you ever just withdrawal the cash value in full and not just borrow against it?
@OregonCashFlowPro
2 жыл бұрын
Of course. You can do that any time there is cash value. The reason you wouldn’t want to is because you will owe taxes on any gains and of course the compounding growth stops. You just become the Saver, instead of the Wealth Creator, and paid for insurance. If you were going to do that you may as well use a different method to save, IMO.

@@OregonCashFlowPro I am in the search of a life insurance and had watched many of your videos on IUL, and some on the infinity banking. I learned so much! What I understood is after the money is compounded over the year. What’s next? If my purpose is not to maximize the death benefit but cash value how do I use the money while I am alive? Do I always have to borrow a loan and pay it back? Can I terminate the insurance and just use the cash ?
@OregonCashFlowPro

@@juanli36 you don’t have to always borrow, though that is the best way to access the cash value tax free. You don’t have to pay the loan back, though it’s a good idea to at least cover the interest. This way your growth is compounding but your loans are not. You can terminate the insurance, and take the cash out without worrying about loans. You would pay taxes on any gains though.

@OregonCashFlowPro

3 days or so for accessing it. Depends on who your carrier is. The problem with the money in your bank is it’s not earning much. What it is earning is taxed. And as soon as you withdraw it it’s not doing anything, just one job at a time. Using IBC, your borrowing against it, so the cash value keeps compounding forever, tax free. There’s always a cost to using money. Either the interest you pay or the interest you lose. IBC allows you to take advantage of uninterrupted compounding growth.

The insurance companies can and most of the time hold your money for up to 6 months before giving you the money you requested. If you don’t pay back the loan they’ll use the insurance as collateral

To be clear, if we remain in this very low interest rate environment for the next 30+ years, we will likely not see a 4-6% long term internal rate of return. Unless dividends rise despite the challenging interest rate environment. There are no smoke and mirrors here though.
