when they said "let's use mingyu as a ruler" for a second i really thought that hoshi was going to try to jump over mingyu lying on the floor and i thought "no! this gonna end very bad!"

I’d like to add on to our conversation about dialects today! We mentioned that different regions have different dialects, but what I forgot to mention was social groups also play a huge role. For example AAE (African American English) has different intonations and grammar rules and is considered its own dialect!

I’m not seriously good at speaking and writing English but let me explain this.ᐟ This Going parodied the old Korean TV program called ‘무모한도전(무한도전)’ And comedian 유재석 was MC of it And now 유재석 is being called 유느님(last name 유+하느님(god)) So I guess 우느님 is a compound of 우(지)(Woo(zi)) and (하)느님((g)od)

Oh no, now SeannaTV has also cookie scenes!!😆 I love your videos!! I can't catch you live, because it is 5 am in Germany when you stream, but the first thing I do after waking up is watching your replay!! Thank you so much for teaching korean and explain the cultural references!! It adds so much more! I'm realy happy that I found your channel a while ago!! Here in Germany we have also a lot of dialects, because the country is a combination of different kingdoms, that merged together. Hope you are al well and have a good day🙂

The way they were posing reminded me of Power Rangers and I mean that in a good way, I love Power Rangers at least the older ones. Also they didn't want to say anything in the Nope game on Jeonghan's turn because if they do they know he'll come back harder on their turns.

슈돌 is the BEST if you're a Korean learner! And then the commentators or older kids start talking and we get lost again... lol

Love your videos. I always miss the live but am happy to watch the recording. Thank you for explaining all of the terms, especially when the subtitle is weird :)

52:22 I would also say that Strike Home isn't quite what they mean if it's about successfully messing with someone. Even if they had used idiom related to "hitting close to home" (I probably wouldn't use strike??), I don't think hitting close to home is really used in a teasing context (unless you take it too far lol), it's more about if a topic or piece of art or movie etc is closely related to a personal experience. But it's not so far off that it would be confusing, like, i get that they're talking about how to do whatever they're doing better. Also, we're not gonna talk about DK's facial expression at 45:40 ....??? wut is that? is he trying to use telepathy??? Booting up is brain?
