I think you’re noticing a sampling bias problem not an influencer problem. People that consume influencers content know they have platforms that’s often why they support the brand so anytime something big happens you’re talking about a niche that are going to be more likely to post it whereas for smaller brands they don’t sell as much so there aren’t as many reviews out there positive or negative. Not anything to do with differing quality of brands just a cognitive bias we all have.

It is truly refreshing seeing a creator /owner. Just saying I'm sorry we're going to fix it. No excuses.

I had an different issue with the setting spray from one size but either way I’m glad whatever it is being fixed. I made a tiktok about it too and posted it on my ig story and one size was nice enough to reply. Saying they appreciated my honest review.

James purchasing the wrong product, and then saying it did not work properly, isn't surprising... Glad he corrected the issue and apologized.

James needs to do more research bc that can ruin a small business but GIRL wym big businesses are ripping you off? I’ve seen that tool for yearssss!!! Especially in Asian markets.
