Pretty close to the bone. However i can tell you as an older INFP things get easier and better when you're older. INFP are late starters, and often have a rocky time when young, but if you make it to middle age you will have a better grip on real life by then. You will feel more comfortable about who you are and have learnt how to deal with relationships and life in general. You might find yourself giving others advice and help, because you've been there done that! So don't despair young INFP'S the best is yet to come!😅!

@2users828 Arts, music, writer,...working with people in a therapy type role. Anything where you use imagination and intuition, jobs with variety, not routine jobs, not office work, being self-employed where you have a lot of freedom can be a good choice. Take your pick? What's your strongest talent or skill? It's common if you're some kind of artist you might have to do a boring job, and your art in your spare time? In which case some kind of self-employment, where you can work when you want or need to, works best..? Also, working with animals, INFP'S often love animals. So working as a pet/ house sitter would be a good job. IMO?

I tell myself i dont have to be so energetic and chatty always...and there are people with whom i just get naturally communicative ..it astonishes me whether im really an introvert or not..cuz someday im so animated and the next day im down and fed up with everything ,.then i engulf myself in silent world of imagination..full of fantadu,,insights, thoughts of my study of science, and other random things..but they r useful, as it involves my self improvement too...overall,i love it, i enjoy it,, being quiet and just absorbing everything around me.

I’d like to say I relate but I’ve never been able to tell if I’m an INFP or an INTP… And the advice the MBTI community gives to try to help figure out is something I find very ambiguous. They usually say: *“Well, INTP chooses rationality over emotion, and INFP does the opposite thing”* But it’s still unclear to me, cause in my mind every decision I make is rational and then I say *“Oh okay maybe I’m an INTP”* and then I think *“But doesn’t everyone feels like they make rational decisions?”* Also, the thing of rationality over emotion or emotion over rationality makes people think that INTP’s can’t be emotional and INFP’s can’t be rational, which is a lie.

ok.... do u operate more from imagined morals or from experience? I also am very I, very N, very P, but border on T/F. I fall slightly more F but very slightly. Anyway if you operate more based on past experience, supposedly that's INTP but if you operate more on a sense of Always Having To Do The "Right" Thing (even if it's really impractical) then INFP may be the better fit. Or basically are you more Millsian or Kantian in your moral code since INTP's aren't less moral necessarily, they're just less obsessed with HAVING to be ^.^ Hope any of that made sense lol
@sellursoul
2 ай бұрын
@@jessicamoore5690 Recently I’ve seen another video which made me realise that I am in fact an INTP and not an INFP exactly because of what you say, for INFP values and morals are unquestionable, for the INTP it might depend on the context, so we can say that for INTP the end justifies the means but for INFP no end justifies the means.

As the most authentic version of myself and a INFP that is healthy, overcame a depression, past trauma (for the most part) I can tell you we are capable of way more actually. Our biggest power is that people do trust us. We need to let go of our egos and actually using the tipps from ENTJs for us to achive our goals, setting huge goals but working on them concintend, we need to learn to controll our emotions (yes it is possible) also we need to stop seeking outside validation. I'm actually a natural born leader, but I lead with love and I act more like a mentor to other people. I'm spiritual and full of life advice, especially for younger people. Realise that we can't help everyone but we can change the world for the better because we care so much. We also need to learn to say no and stop carring what people think, we can continue to not hurt over peoples feelings most of the time but we need to stop giving a fuck about their judgements. I also love dancing by the way. When I'm at a party I feel more like a ESFP when there is music, People always look at me. One last but very important tip is don't be afraid to shine, you are allowed to outshine other people, most INFPs are actually just scared of their own true potential. I also go outside a lot and at 29 I have way more energie than ever before. It's also important to face your fears. I have 2 children and I'm married to a healthy ENTP, we are a great team. Don't give up, you got this INFPs 🤗.

This is beautiful, heartwarming, soul-soothing and inspiring. Honestly, thank you so much for making this. I will happily show this to my boyfriend who is an INFP. :)

This is very accurate. I'm an ambivert but I'm slightly more introverted than extroverted. In the right setting, my social battery is great, but if one person in a group is too much for me it depletes my battery too fast and I need to avoid people for a day to recover.
