Я думаю это своеобразный контроль качества. Путем сверления внизу смотрят на толщину слоя. Судя по количеству обрезаггых бочек. Процент брака высок.

Техпроцесс немногим лучше вырезания бочки из камня. Неоднородность материала. Высокий процент брака, большая длительность изготовления, опасное производство... Но, похоже, им некуда деваться.

В цивилизованном мире, в пластмассовом литье используют экструдеры. Но! Для бочек такого размера, экструдеры + фоомы и остнастка будут стоить как их городской бюджет!

@@sergeysemenov3674 Так это же частное мини производство. Цех по произ. пласстм. тары. Возможно есть и цеха по серьезнее этого. Каждый ИП открывает цех, исходя из своего финансового состояния. И это не значит, что этот народ отсталый. У меня тоже цех по производству, и вся остнастка полукустарная, собственного изготовления. Хотя у меня ВУЗ овский диплом, советского образца. У соседнем цеху арендует бывший торгаш. У него тоже производство. И он поставил современные экструдеры с цифровым управлением. Китайские, но хорошие.

Labor intense, I guess shortage of funding but good skilled labor availability. No automation makes you creative. Kudos to hard working people under uncontrolled environment with heat index reaching 130 degrees F. Thumbs up. With all the automation and availability of funds people here in USA don't want to work because stomach is full.

You guys should use black colour.. inside or outside or u can make 3 Lear. Blue black green.... Because The black color absorbs the maximum light and thus, a black water tank minimizes the penetration of the sunlight. Overall, it mitigates the growth of algae up to a large extent.🙃

Процесс на первый взгляд простой)) На самом же деле даже такое "оборудование" начала прошлого века очень тяжело настроить. Процесс повторяли десятки раз пока не нашли оптимальную подачу газа к каждой горелке и скорость вращения формы.

Помню, где то в году 74м наш класс водили на экскурсию на Ташкентский Тракторный Завод. Вот, там, таким же способом, изготавливали полиэтиленовые баки для дефолиантов на тракторы. Только все было автоматизированно.

Un tiempo trabajé en una empresa de plasticos. Se hacian boyas, bins etc. El proceso es muy parecido, por rotomoldeo. Yo trabajaba en terminaciones la mayor parte del tiempo. Es peligroso sin las medidas de seguridad necesarias. Brave people that risk themselves everyday working. Good work🍺

I know the first powder is low density polyethylene granulated to be powder with spicial milling machine

One is the main plastic, like polyethylene. Colored one is master batch just used for coloring the plastic and its also polyethylene + color pigment and last one is plasticizer
