If you have a Inglis, Whirlpool, Amana, Roper, or similar dryer that has a lint screen on the top-right corner of the dryer, this video will help you take the entire unit apart to replace the belt. Its the same steps for the roller wheels too, or motor. Hopefully, this helps you know what you're getting into when replacing the belt!
To work on these types of a Whirlpool dryer that won't start, you only really need a screwdriver. This may be one of or THE easiest appliances to take apart. Its a great skill to know, and most common belts are less than $10. Once you've learned to do this, you'll be able to clean your dryer and gain confidence and skills on fixing your appliance yourself!
