Since you never select the buttons in the inspector, I'm not sure what you have on them to get them to react to being clicked. When I follow your instructions, nothing happens when I click on the buttons. I assume you have an OnClick event or something, but what exactly did you do?

Hi, can you please explain how you've assigned the functions with the buttons? It seemed to be linked to ControlPanel.cs at the beginning, then to Creature.cs and then to the individual children classes. Edit: Found out the SendMessage() function calls the assigned function name from each of the scripts that has the function name. Ref to : docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/GameObject.SendMessage.html Also, please explain these little things in the tutorials, and since the function made in ControlPanel.cs and the functions being called have the same, name, it was very confusing.
