Here’s my video of today’s six hour initial burn in/seasoning of the new Workhorse Pits 1975W offset smoker.
Started by spraying the inside with canola oil and then ran a 250 fire for six hours. After coals were established all I had to do it put a new split on every hour or so.
Pit did a great job holding heat and temps.
Very excited about how this came out and even more so looking forward to what’s next - cooking!
