Wow, that thing kicks the crap out of my Revopoint POP 3 scanner. But I'd imagine the price is 'reflective' of that.

Hi, thank you for the video. We are thinking about getting a scanner for scanning hot tub thermal forming molds and for inspecting formed acrylic sheets for detecting deviations. Would you recommend the HX? We would prefer not having to using too many markers as the object is large (89" x 89" x 35"). Thank you in advance.

HX would get the job done, but you'd probably do better using the Freescan Combo's Infrared mode -- it does really well with features, and you wouldn't have to use markers! The H2 might do well enough, as it has a similar IR scan feature, but the Freescan would definitely do best.
