You'll see examples of bare foot drills, Swiss ball exercises, core exercises and numerous other drills which Coach Shepherd uses throughout the training year. Note: these exercises as well as helping combat injury will also strengthen and create stronger foundations for more event specific exercises and actual event performance. It's important to do these consistently and not only when you are recovering from an injury.
