You’re doing great. Just watch that you don’t hurt your hip, being a bit unbalanced. I’m at 16 weeks post break and just started physio 10 days ago. Gentle stretching and water exercises (in a bucket), up down, side to side. I use a walking stick for stability.

Thanks. Hip took a battering I won't lie. I thought I'd be alright without them stepper shoes but wish I got them now. The video was a little late coming out so I'm probably at similar stage to you but my psyico don't seem to be doing much apart from showing me the exercises that are all online. I'm walking now but still have a little limp the limp increases towards the end of the day. They've told me jm more than likely going to have to have my plate and screws out which is better for me in the long run but means being cut open again 🥲
