Thanks for the infos. Would have been nice to actually show the move, maybe in SloMo. Is this possible in a future Video ... I think for a lot of Skaters that would be one of the most important part of racing ... especially in B-Group (Berlin-Marathon) and further behind ... it would maybe make those races safer for everyone.

I do. Generally once a week and about 10-20km. I usually do it for recovery or for sprints/Vo2 max efforts. I find that it’s too hard for muscles and joints to be aerobically beneficial in comparison with cycling or inline. However I really enjoy it, so when it’s a recovery session or with the goal of developing fast twitch fibres, I run 😊
