@@milkimadethebeat7858lol you do realize re-lapse is inevitable. You might as well just give in to the temptation & start using again. It’s not like it’ll automatically make you de-rail & spiral out of control… A few pills during the music festival isn’t going to hurt. If anything it will be a chance to relax a bit & take the load off.

Heading to treatment Monday. I tried to get in one detox after the next and none accepted me for one reason or another even though I was visibly sick as hell. I eventually beat the withdrawals cold turkey while trying to get in. I've been at the shelter to make matters worse, in the belly of the beast around all the drugs. When my friends sent money I spent it on monsters and cigarettes. I get to start a new life Monday. Thanks for the inspiration. Sometimes it's one day at a time, others it's an hour at a time. Thanks for a good two hours of recovery! Bless you both!

I question some of the things I hear in the prison genre as well. I saw and did my fair share of drugs while locked up, but I never saw a knife or a booty bandit, and never heard of either one being around. Where I was at, it was basically like a day care for adults that were in time out. There were a few fights (I was in one), but I never saw any of the crazy stuff these guys talk about.

Right I’m no stranger to doing a stretch back in the day but some of the jail stories some guys say i smh just like that show 60 days in those prisons are exactly like ones I was in but with out the “the pod leader” or shit like that I mean you got your corals and shit, but nobody was scared there no way I would ever ever ever be intimidated by one of those scruffy scrubby looking pod leaders in that show when you get your few people that are coward, but not like them shows

I fucked up and showered without shoes one time when I was locked up. I got some crazy kind of Athlete's Foot that took me ten years to get rid of. I had to go on prescription meds. It was terrible. For me, the hardest thing to get used to when I got out was sleeping in the dark. They left the lights on 24/7 where I was at, and I got used to sleeping with the lights on. It took me a long time to get accustomed to the dark again. My senses also went crazy when I got out. We didn't have outdoor yard, so I had basically smelled nothing but feet and ass the whole time I was in. The first time I smelled a flower was crazy.
