@@Betelgeuse2142 Morality is based on esoterics. It's mostly Karma. It has its own Rules but it relies on "Do stupid sh*t and pay the price" to put it simply. And no, Karma doesn't take over peoples mind and body to deliver the punishment. That is all humans doing exactly that - - stupid sh*t. The universal rule is to have a free will and to be judged upon that. To Define a human to be good or bad, he has to have a chance. Nobody is born either one of the two and nobody knows for certain which one he will be. Only time will tell as each of us is given a chance. Sandison will pay his price eventually, in a mortal world or the after life. Nobody can escape it. Hence Morality is esoterics a.k.a secret knowledge for us common people. This is why the system is so corrupted and used against us via judicial means. To think as if that would be equal to Morality or justice. Including peoples own biased point of views of justice or Morality -- to keep us away from the Truth. Then again I am not expecting anything from someone like you, so simple and so clueless. Cody bone, I can understand where you’re coming from and yea, murders will strike again if they feel like they need to kill again cause they think it is the best option for them. But keep in mind, the man was already in jail (a place where child molestation is already severely condoned by close to every one in there, even punishable by death by the criminals just for getting into jail for that heinous action) and the guy in the video already asked him to stop talking about it, he’s gonna get a new cell in morning with someone else. In there, he was already given a chance by the guy not to talk about it anymore but he kept doing it. If you’ve done something that bad and another inmate tells you to shut up and doesn’t do anything yet, they’re giving you a chance. But he didn’t listen and kept talking about it, you don’t do that, even if the aforementioned cell mate is smaller then you. You stfu, but he didn’t do that and paid the price. Which he rightfully deserves cause like murdering, child molestation will happen again with the same person if extreme measures are not taken ie intense re wiring of the persons over all psyche (which close to never happens cause they will repeat the same crime they did but with a different victim) the guy got his second chance, and blew it by being a loud mouth. Doesn’t matter who did it or what (the killing of the child molester) he would have more then likely gotten killed off sooner or later.
@christianc.christian5025
2 жыл бұрын
@@Pelpe Extreme offenders are given numeric scores to assess risk of re-offending. Sexual-based crimes are almost always the most prone to this, but a number of other factors contribute. When people discuss their perceived differences between child molestation and murder, what they’re likely missing is that every case of pathological, compulsory murder ever committed with a stabbing instrument *is* a sexual act in and of itself. So, re-offending rates for both are high.

The idea is basically to treat cases like that closer to mental illness, and attempt to treat them and overcome the urges, without ruining their lives solely for having impluses they actively avoided acting on. I researched this and the case seems a bit foggy. The woman regularly did drugs, and had been talking to Sandison in jail, it seems that's how she got to know him, and apparently she had spoken to a friend about interest in assisted suicide. One night while Sandison was on parole, they both did heavy drugs and drank, and it's suggested this is when she wanted to die. But, do not lose sight of the fact that this man is a stone cold killer. This time, we agree with the reason he killed a man. Who is to say we would agree with other reasons which would seem just as good to him. And, he would be just as remorseless and just as honest about the deed if he decided you deserved to die for some reason. We have laws. There is a system for these things. @@yeboaaah1449 i wouldn't say luv him, i mean apparently he murdered his ex girlfriend and that in itself says he isnt exactly a nice bloke but still, while he was trying to simply pay his debt to society they put a child killer and rapist in his cell,and seriously my guess is that to his way of thinking he did a good deed and as far as my 20 cents goes any child killer and rapist doesn't deserve to breath air,men and women have had issues from the beginning of time but children really,,,they are innocent.
