I've made this for years but never roasted the nuts and Ramen. Will have to try that to see the difference. I like to break my Ramen noodles in the bag before I unwrap it. I also like to add cut-up mandarin oranges to my salad.

Yes this is so good! I was at Meijers and standing in the checkout line I saw a small book titled “ The Ramen Noodle cookbook…and it had that recipe in it!! Yes I have made this over and over again the only difference was the dressing was just vinegar, sugar, and oil..putting the garlic, onion powder is great!! People u need to fix this!! Pam thanks for sharing!! Love ur videos!!

I really like your show. But I refuse to buy another seasoning. Even yours. I have a cabinet full of seasonings and every time one of you people on KZitem tries to sell me another one of their special kind, I turned the video off. I have more seasonings than I know what to deal with.

I made this this week and my whole family loved it. Oh my gosh this is the best recipe ever and so quick and easy. I added fresh chopped cilantro and shredded chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken I picked up. This is good enough to take to a pot luck or serve for parties or special occasions. So good!

You know you shouldn’t eat it raw because it has some type of bug in it. My kids used to bring them to school as a snack which they would eat raw. I got a letter from the after school teachers saying please don’t bring them & the kids shouldn’t eat them raw because there is some type of bug in them that’s why you cook it in hot water.
