This is what it's come to. It costs $300k to build a shack on stilts in WA. Of course, in CA it would cost $900k and take four years, but it's a small price to pay to sleep easy knowing that your contractor completed the Local Squirrel Impact Study.

I've been binging your videos for weeks! I've been watching your vlogs too and it's so clear how hard you work. Esp these videos require travel and what not. I personally just thing that your kinda content, tho great is so specific. I love it and I've been watching you for 8+ years and have love how your content has evolved since i'm now 22 but it's more on the niche side. I love it bc you've gotten me interested in different ways to make money :) it's hard to constantly go viral and sometimes it's hard to truly know what youtube is gonna promote more. i say, do whatever content you like. i love ur financial videos and have rewatched a lot of ur videos bc of how much i love them

Fantastic video, Shelby. Your presentation style is so relaxing. Great topic, love how you show off people's slant on what they do. Very creative people. Wish I had a waterfall in my back yard but very hard to do in a 30m x 20m backyard. lol. Keep them coming Shelby, thoroughly enjoying your work. P.S. How do you find these people? 🪃🪃🦘🦘🤔🤔

Hey Shelby, just a heads up this thumbnail was impossible to see in my feed. I would have missed it if I didn't have notifications. Another channel I sub to uses a thick border around to make it stand out. (Though, it uses red which makes it seem like a watched video.) Just to let you know.

I'd imagine that hot tub probably doesn't stay clean once the cover is removed and all the mess from the trees falls inside the tub. That wouldn't be a nice experience with me. They should have some sort of a mini roof or something overhead to block tree debris.

People in the comments keep saying that's a lot for a treehouse but look nice it is and that's cheap considering the return she's getting on it. you would be lucky to find a very small two-bedroom house for that price and only get about 1800.00 mo for it she's getting much more than that
@TeddyLeppard

Yes, that's the P107 Remote Pilot Certificate, but I think the way she uses it she's exempted as it's not commercial in like footage of a house she's selling. If she hasn't gotten one yet I'd say it would be better if she did 👍

If you ever start this series again, ask to stay overnight (they should give it to you for free since they're getting free promo). You want to see what it's really like to stay there, if it's practical and if there are any negative features. Also showing how a place looks at night could really appeal to people who are thinking about staying.

Hi - I am running late. I was at my local bagel shop, and I decided to preform an impromptu interpretive dance sequence titled "lusting for lox" and as I was flailing my limbs, whipping my hair back & forth, all whilst jumping up and down on my ballerina kitten heels - I fell and twisted my neck. I am okay, but I will not be able to make until later. goodbye

Nice place, but I'm weird in that the sound of running water annoys the hell out of me, and that cute waterfall would keep me up at night :) Too bad you've ended the series... I think it's a good format, maybe an episode once per month, or every two months so you don't saturate your channel?

That's crazy expensive and I would never have guessed it would have cost that much! I understand the $50k for the bolts and tree platform/foundation, but I don't know how the the rest of it cost $250k.

I like your videos. The begining is funny, but sorry I can't resist: "things are starting to do down" (Boomers say this is called a hill-side .. but NOT a cliff!) ... "...but we are staying up here." ...(top of the hill)? Us Boomers would call this a "level deck entrance on a hill-side". I guess a cliff would be where things "suddenly go down!" ... and a hill is "where things go up". Also is "LIKE a cutting board" ... how about NOT a cutting board if the material is not made to cut on ... if someone marks it up because it is marble or formica ... then it is NOT a cutting board! Ok, cutting board area that you could put a cutting board on ... thank you for not ruining my "Kitchen Counter Extension"!
