No way! My dad worked on this tower when it was being built. I went up with him to look at it during construction about 5 or 6 years ago now and I remember this style of apartment particularly because of the crazy en-suite. I think this was one of about 4ish in the building so it really is something special. It's changed a little bit since then, the kitchen has changed completely as I remember it having all Siemens appliances and slightly different cabinets.

This is possibly the worst luxury apartment I have ever seen, the layout is awkward and it needs a floor above the living room. To sacrifice all that floor space is criminal especially given how small the rooms are. Look how small the windows are in the bedrooms! Now imagine if the master bedroom was above the living room and you had a row of those huge windows looking out over London, that would be impressive. Honestly can't believe anyone would part with over £4.5 Million to live here, unbelievable.
@joeag116

Nice presentation guys, always good. But... £5m for an apartment like this Is way overpriced in my books. The so called master bedroom is just like a cheap box with no real space and no character. And the other rooms are unbelievably tiny for the amount of money they are asking for. £5m and 2 people can't pass the end of the bed at the same time. Absolute Joke!!!

Hmmm. Apart from the views and the main ensuite, it's hard to see 5 million quid's worth, in terms of quality and finish, particularly in cupboards, doors etc. I'm also unsure about the overall design. It doesn't flow. The 'sky garden', for example, just seems like an idea to use up space rather than something integrated into a well-rounded plan. My main gripe though would be that the living room lacks any kind of focal point. It really needs a fireplace or entertainment centre or some other built-in to gather around. Back to the drawing board.

I found it completely charmless and bland, especially for the price tag. Nice view, but even then, it's not all that. Looks very much like a big homogeneous hotel suite and not even a really classy one. When you look at some of the stuff you could get for a fifth or even a tenth of this price... ok maybe without the views and maybe not in London... but just seems like a waste of money to me... even for those that could happily splash out on 10 of these.

Having viewed irl many of these appartments (I live in a similar 1-bed), it amazes me to see that the kitchen sink is so small in all of them, many times practically unsusable, same thing with the fridge being too small for all the people this flat can accomodate. Also think about the fact that you may want to block the sun coming in the living room, this must not be easy, and a study room without much natural light... It's a shame that they don't capitalise on the advantages they have (views, space, finish)

Just spectacular. Love the marble backsplash in the kitchen, would not do the marble on the sides of the peninsula but just the countertop. The master bathroom is truly great. Wonder if Matt and Summer thought of trying to get a night time view out the windows, would have made this already great video even better. When looking to buy a property, it should be seen at different times of the day inside and out if possible.
Nice apartment, little pricey. Some of the smaller rooms are perhaps not ideal shapes. Little awkward where to put the bed and maybe a desk. But space is finite of course for a mere 5 million pounds. The window product used in the atrium has fairly wide frames, more cluttered than larger panes with thinner frames. That might be a significant difference in the panoramic experience. I noticed similar in the other high rise apartments with a view by the Thames. Might be worth for developers to look further if common british products have big frames.
Both of you are Amazing! Wishing everyone here Great Energy ✨💞✨

Recently started watching your videos , one thing I've noticed even mansions have small rooms , though with all the amenities and modernity still even it's mansions , apartment , penthouses space always compromised & more outdoor space comes with houses and mansion like pool area, backyard, garden, I have lived in UK around two or more years & the house which I lived in small rooms & most of housing in all around UK doesn't come with attached bathroom concept , you can go as far as two in average housing, but here back in PAKISTAN we have large rooms and attached bath is a must thing , you will find in most home if not in all housing, and we don't have outdoor space as much as it is offered in UK housing.
Seems oddly cramped,I feel as through the windows don’t sweep around enough. I’ve never liked the idea of the kitchens in the living rooms.
