Sadly they’re clearly aiming it at a certain clientele. I don’t know if JA allows foreigners to buy and own land there thus out pricing the locals? I know islands like where my dad is from you have to be a National, to own property there, to prevent outsiders clogging up and out pricing the locals. Wealthy White people with money always love second homes in the Caribbean, making it harder for the locals to afford to get on the property ladder

Cherry Gardens is considered one of the top residential areas in Kingston so a hefty price tag is expected, however for this amount I expected more (not in terms of space, that's fine, but everything else looks quite subpar for this price range).

A nice example of contemporary living in the Jamaican Capital City (with a few final touches ongoing). There is always a danger in showing a property before it is ready for sale or occupancy (particularly a new build). The potential purchaser may not wish to use their imagination to visualise the finished article. They might simply switch off and never come back. Just by way of observation; some discerning viewers may instinctively note elements of the the finer points of the property finishes for that price point (I have). They may not be convinced until it has been proven otherwise as a finished article that is ready for prospective purchaser viewing. I suspect that some will not be interested in good intentions. Perhaps the realtor might invite you back to showcase the fully completed project 😎 Good luck with future showings and growing the site

Its a nice home, however in some areas its not a practical for that price. First, it does not flow that well between 2nd and 3rd floor, I think with exception to the master bathroom most are claustropobic its like they were forcing in the bathrooms to fit the house think about a fairly fat person it would be challenging for them to use some of the bathrooms, a tub or 2 is a must especially with a family with kids; too many floors especially if you will be there for the long haul a person with physical challenges could not live or visit there per se as they would have to go to the 3rd floor to have meals etc, there is no generator seen consider power cut and being stuck in the elevator, there are not enough outlets set up for technology especially when one now works from home thats a must for every new build, the fact that its a bit close too close to the neighbor though I did like the planter box idea I wonder how that would work, that pool is not a pool its too small. The views and outside were nice, liked the kitchen, liked 3rd floor, the everything room, possible office space and the master bedroom/closet. You are paying for the location and gated community which I understand the price to that extent but as earlier stated its not a practical home per se if one is look at it as a forever home- retirees, families. Take care, I hope to win a US$1.15 mil lottery, but I know for sure that I will not be buying a house like that.

Places I view on your channel are very nice…hope one day to be able to buy a property. However, the use of the phrase “helper’s quarters’ sound so back in the enslaved era. Change phrase to, “housekeeper live-in space” or “house staff suite,” make he/she feels comfortable and part of the family he/she will be taking care of 😊😊

Lovely house but design is too complicated no Flow suitable for a young couple but do they have the cash to buy or pay for this house?

Beautiful property! Why was the walking closet built right across from the toilet?

The fixtures look too cheap. The bathroom needs more style. The vanity looks run down. I live the natural lighting but this is just not it.

Beautiful outside but spaces are too small inside for that kind of money. Also a few of the spaces inside are throwing me off.
