Saw this house on a different channel, a guy did the presentation.. Beautiful house, especially the wooden flooring and wooden staircase, compliment the block work nicely. My thought then is the same now, number one and two bedrooms should have been one open living area on the pent/third floor not that box room..You don't necessarily need all that rooms, a beautiful, spacious penthouse would be more attractive than more rooms. Personal opinion not everyone must agree, we are in a democracy.😂😂 Talking of opinion, l am not lgbo neither am l from the east but we are Obigeneration, we are Obivibration, enough of grandpa leadership in Nigeria, Peter Obi has my vote.Thank you beautiful confidence. Cheers.

One thing I alway find funny is these houses is the bulletproof door when there are massive windows with easily breakable glass all round the house

The sea view will sooner or later be gone when a building is erected in that space. If I am paying that kind of money for a house, then I want my privacy and a pool and not this thing you are showing me.

It depend on where you are buying the house, if you are buying a house in mega city like Lagos, London New York, Bombay Shanghai, etc no matter how much you pay dont expect too much privacy or to be in complete seclusion.

Amazing landscape? For where. Why can't we just make a simple garden with these big big houses. Where is the pool area? Why is there no privacy, why are the perimeter walls only one foot high? The interior is nice still

My personal opinion though, the 'Road Block" called Island in the kitchen is very hideous , it needs to be broken off, no be must to have Island in a kitchen, especially when space doesn't permit it and u can compensate with the enough counter top space the kitchen has, again just my opinion

The concept of space is a brand new idea to us, if I am dropping $600k in Africa, it better come with a substantial yard

Kitchen island ? For real, who is the designer? Living room and master bedroom looking like open office workspace, common! Master bedroom walk in closet and bathroom designs are below the price tag, I can go on and on. Let’s be watching real estate videos from US/Canada and stop this low standard we call house.

You think Nigerians are poor like your father? Why most of Africans always have negative opinion about anything Nigeria? Is that Jealousy and envious or what? Most of you poor Africans are always on KZitem and other social media platforms talking trash about anything Nigeria. Wow... What a sad people.

Bro...I'm telling you. I've been asking myself, who in Nigeria will remove 300 million naira to buy one house. For what??? If I have that kind of money, why would I buy one house that has no privacy and no space of its own? I would invest in property and build HOUSES 🏘️ with that money. It will be a theiving politician that would splurge on that house...damn! 5 rooms and a pent house, how big is the family? When the kids grow up, who will live there after spend 300 mil...crazy!
