As a retired A220 pilot instructor, I was glad to see this. The A220 is a superb aircraft. In some cases, it is more advanced than the Airbus A350! When Bombardier originally designed the jet, they started with a clean sheet of paper. They listened to the potential customers. We fly our A220s...easily from New York to Seattle...NO SWEAT. Air Baltic flies their A220-300s from Riga to Doha...no sweat. Thanks for the video.

Thanks for your insight, but I do have a question. If money was not an issue, would you get this plane instead of a Gulf Stream 700 or a Global 7500, and why? The only thing I would want on this plane would be a shower...
@rtbrtb_dutchy4183
13 күн бұрын
@@MitchellShelbyyou are better off with something like a Gulfstream. The a220 cost a nearly double the amount per trip. It’s a lot slower. It flies lower and you can’t fly over bad weather. It can’t get in and out of small airports. It has a lot less range. It has a much higher cabin altitude. But the main thing, the trip time is so much longer. Just to close the door, fire up engines and taxi out to the runway, will easily cast you 10 to 15 min longer. Climb out takes longer. Cruise takes longer.

Dude, you could do SO much with $80 million other than a jet. You own help so much people, own a $5 million house, have amazing cars, investment portfolios (stock and property) and go on insane trips multiple times a year. This is for the Jeff Bezos and Elon Musks who crap money.

I like the way you show us such highlights. You make yourself knowledgeable so that you can inform us precisely and to the point. In addition, there are short overlays of important facts. For example, I considered it a great idea to display the prices for typical flights. I also liked how you involved various employees of the company in an appreciative way. The interaction with your sidekick harmonizes just as well. I am also always impressed by the precise and detailed descriptions, your excellent vocabulary and the elegant way of guiding us through the video. You also not only describe, but evaluate appreciatively, which I find very pleasant and helpful.
