I’m from a tiny upstate NY town. When I was in the fifth grade a man beat his wife to death with a baseball bat and then hung himself. It happened just around the corner from where I lived. They had three children.
I will never understand how a "man" can murder his wife and the mother of his kids. I would *die* for my wife. This just goes completely against nature when the so called "protector" is the one she has to fear the most.

@@Thatperson2-u7u ONLY AMERICANS DO THIS CONSISTENTLY, AND THEN TRY TO KILL THE ''BENEFICIARY OF THEIR KINDNESS'' SO THEY CAN POCKET THAT INSURANCE CASH THEMSELVES.. Until Americans start to realize what you clearly pointed out and begin to stand against it, it will NEVER move out of this dark, deep, man-made black hole created for profit. This life insurance madness breaks marriages, causes fake marriages to take place (where the future insurance payout is the the only/main reason to marry), it puts strangers, the homeless and all vulnerable individuals in danger since the law allows ANYONE to target anyone as their victim, no connections/reasons needed. I've seen many homeless people killed this way. Just search. These laws are made in favor of these greedy insurance companies. They get fat by GRANTING ANY PERSON THIS MAGICAL ABILITY TO MAKE MONEY by simply taking out a life insurance ON ANY OTHER HUMAN BEING; be it a known person, an unknown person, relatives, strangers, a homeless in the street... anyone as long these companies get their rotten, bloody money coming in regularly. Thank you for noticing, maybe someone else will see your point and take note, because at the moment it looks like Americans think this is a normal, natural way of living. No, it's not. Just look OUTSIDE America. Nobody lives like this. It needs to be challenged and stopped.

this might help a little, which i posted in a different spot earlier: if you see signs of insecurity and fake confidence, arrogance, selfishness, lying, etc., you might be dealing with a bad or dangerous person. a man or woman who respects, loves, and cares about him-/herself in a healthy way, will feel that same way for other people. i think it comes down to the emotional maturity and psychological stability of the person. and, codependent people are not healthy, of course. independent people are more suitable for relationships.

Many men who cheat do so just because they like women. There often isn’t any deeper psychological reason, and it’s much easier for men to be physically involved with someone without developing a true emotional connection. The man in this story is obviously a terrible human being though. There is no excuse for what he did.

Women came forward at the trial and said he was having sexual relationships with them, most likely they were attractive too, he wanted to move on to other women while not losing a great deal of money. I doubt he really cared about his 2 children or he would never have had their mother killed. The husband thought only of himself, his money, his 'Johnson', his ego. Unfortunately, his looks and personality were most likely why his wife was attracted to him in the first place, bad choice but happens all the time. Young couples attracted to one another mainly based on physical appearances can often be a recipe for future disaster. My roommate in college was a hockey player, and I recall his talking about how he loved his girlfriend back home, all the while he was cheating on her throughout the year I roomed with him. He was incredibly self-centered and an egomaniac. He had no concern for those he dated, it was all about him.

You can tell if someone's been beaten by the marks on them. Whether it was beaten with an object or beaten by a fist, it is harder to tell. But how would he know she was dead? Unless he's the ones who made her dead. That's what my conclusion is. I mean if I found a loved one dead I would say "he's unconscious". Or "he's not moving" or "it doesn't sound like she's breathing" but I wouldn't say "he's dead"...that's just eerie. When the police told OJ Nicole was dead they told him "your ex wife was found dead". He responded to this by asking "who killed her?" Not "how did she die" or "how horrible. Did she die or natural causes"....he asks "who killed her"????? I mean sounds just like "she's dead". Same concept.

How are you able to brutally beat someone to death that you didn't even know? No amount of money in the world would make me take a persons life especially in the manner he did? also you know how likely you are to get caught? you have no idea! as soon as the guy that hired you is suspected he is going to blame you! @Zz Z Shayna Huber is an example of this as well. She shot her boyfriend dead because he was trying break up with her and start a relationship with Miss Ohio. After she shot her boyfriend dead; Huber claimed her boyfriend was abusive. Huber was compared to Jodi Arias as they both murdered their exes and claimed self defense; adding that their ex-boyfriend was abusive. Jodi Arias is widely considered to be the definition of a clingy, lovesick, jealous and scorned ex-girlfriend consumed with hatred over their ex-boyfriend being happy with a new girlfriend and develop a desire for revenge as means of punishing their ex-boyfriend and saying to them "If I can't have you, NOBODY CAN!!!!"

Can you imagine that the kids were actually in the house. Kelly fought hard for her life, probably trying to draw her attacker away from the kids rooms into the downstairs living room, and they had to heard all of it from their bedrooms. They had to hear the screams of their mother while she was attacked. I pray that they find healing, and that the memories of that night are buried so deep that the can never remember the details. I screamed and begged for him to stop ( I'm not one who fights back ). I'm still traumatized by what happened that night. Even if it was YEARS ago! I just don’t understand why someone would do this. It’s so much easier going to her and just saying that you don’t love her anymore. If I stay I won’t be happy and we will hate other I want to make a clean break up. So she can move on and I can move on. Do it with her family there. Just be honest and say you don’t feel the same way anymore. You’ll get more respect and it won’t be a fight. You just go your separate ways. WTF is wrong with saying I don’t want this anymore. It’s honest. And if she fights you in court the judge will give you sympathy for being honest and truthful. You can make some one love you and want to be with you. When she’s calm she would see it too. But doing violence to another person because you don’t want this anymore. Yes the sister is right he’s a coward.
