The Japanese micro apartments are a lot better looking, though. They have very smart ways of combining things to save space. This place might in a great 'location, location, location' but it's still a dirty looking box with a mirror full of greasy fingerprints.

My first property in London was a 2 bed flat bought off-plan for 1p off £100k. I only lived in it for 2 years and then rented it out for 10 years. I sold it 12 years after I bought it for just over £900k. You can still make money from the London market but the glory days are now long since gone. My only regret is that I didn't buy two.

I travel all over the world for modelling assignments and have stayed in central London often. The last time I was there I stayed in the Premier Inn in Brick Lane which had the TINIEST bedroom I had ever stayed in (And was £140 a night! I must mention it was extremely clean compared to other places I've stayed in London!). It was similar to the room in this video in terms of size- although with a larger shower room. I felt so claustrophobic also as you couldn't open a window. I couldn't imagine being trapped in a high rise also... horrific.

I’ve always wanted to live in London all my life. It has a special place in my heart for some odd reason and I don’t know why. I don’t know any Londoners or any Brits for that reason.
