I lived right near Norton Priory. One night I woke up to a hooded figure stood over me watching me as I slept. It is the only time I have ever seen anything paranormal. I truly believe it was a monk from the priory. It was summer time and it was light outside. I was literally petrified. I managed to pull the duvet over my head. I eventually bucked up the courage to peep out of the duvet to take a better look at what it was but it had gone. I'll never forget that experience. It terrified me. Thanks for sharing this guys. I've moved from that house now but I'll never forget that night

Loved the history, and the woman who spoke. Her accent was awesome which put even a better vibe to the stories. I could spend all day in there reading. I absolutely love all Roman Legion, Angles, Saxon, Jute, and Frisian history as well as all the history across the great waters. Like the Barbarian invasions which resulted in the formation of seven Anglo-Saxon Kindoms also known as Heptarchy, "Northumbria, Mercia, East Anglia, Essex, Kent, Sussex, and Wessex. An then the Anglo-Saxons converting to Christianity in the 7th century. Oh I could go on for days. Love love the UK's history❣ Thank you Ouija Brothers for making my day❣

It makes you wonder what the country would be like now if the Abbeys and Priories hadn't been closed/burnt etc by Henry VIII. So many really were the epitome of self sufficiency and it's funny now how we're looking more at going back to that as a society. That place looks like they really make the effort to preserve and find more history, it's nice too see! Will definitely check it out if we find ourselves near Runcorn. Thanks for sharing guys 🖤👻
