Wow, I've literally never seen a brand new building pull off such charm and character. Let alone the fact that this isn't a single family home, its just so beautiful and cozy! This fits so well in Queen Anne. Thanks for sharing it, great video as usual Monica! :)

That building, and the units are stunning! I love a corner unit, so I thought it was genius that they did every unit a corner unit. And that penthouse balcony, come on, fantastic. Let's not forget that ground floor unit with a yard, wow. Bravo Queen Anne, bravo. If you're going to do new construction in such an history rich established neighborhood this is the way to do it!

I love the exterior and overall character of the building. The rooftop deck in a bonus! The windows are beautiful but the dark cabinetry and the flooring make it appear too dark in the interior. Thank you for sharing.

This was a great video! The outside of the building is gorgeous. I prefer a light interior personally but I thought the units were beautiful! The window are gorgeous! I can see those windows going really well with a brick building.

Fun Fact: I am the property manager for a 1928 Victorian style apartment building very close by in the 1500 block of 1st Ave. W that has been called The Fitzgerald for years so I was surprised when I walked by this building a they were finishing it and saw the same name on the sign! It's a gorgeous building. I love the style.

Fun video Monica. But just a thought, Hardie board doesn't seem to do well in our climate here in Seattle. I can think of a bunch new builds in Seattle that were covered in scaffolding within a few years of construction after water started getting into things.

@alexs1864

Moisture issues with hardie board are well documented, obviously sloppy installation will cause problems. And when you see how some builders around here are slapping buildings together it's a bit shocking at times. But in damper climates like ours I'd just steer clear of it. Having said it's nice to see you feature stuff here in QA . I'm on the fence about leaving but then I see a nice video and it makes feel good about the neighborhood again.

I feel like they should have kept the wall and ceiling color same as baseboard (just different sheen) since lights are 2000~2700k and ceiling is not that high. Personally, greige color like Swiss coffee from BM looks better than cream color when lighting is already warm enough🙂 And built in fridge with cabinetry would have given the impression of place as `real luxury` since they have spent some money on kitchen cabinetry. Just my 2 cent. Windows are very nice.

The kitchen size is great but the oak is an interesting choice... and I'm not sure how I feel about it. Between the stain, gold hardware, and the lighting options they chose, it feels a bit too much like my parents '90s kitchen. But maybe that is just me...

When you say listed at 1775, do you mean $1,775,000 or almost $1.8 million ? According to an online payment calculator, monthly payment including taxes, dues, and insurance would be about $13,551 per month after your $355,000 down payment - what a bargain 🤣

Always great videos, Monica, thank you. But no sale on the interior. Exterior/location wonderful. Wrong colour combination in the interior and all those light fixtures/pendants. No thx. And what, 8.5 feet ceilings? Even at 9 feet, too low for a new condo.

You can tell the building is Empty.....look at the windows no curtains, no residents building completely Empty. here it is December still no residents. my condo in front of the building no one has moved any furniture in since open house September. What could possibly be wrong?? 1,500 sq ft probably is the reason , also 2 Million Dollars per month is another reason ..100,000 per month would be to High, 50,000 would be to much, 5,000.00 would be to much in this day and age economic. Also picture was Photoshop Space Needle is behind it to your right not left.

Say Monica you forgot!!! to mention the building still "Empty" since you made this video. I've been watching this building go up since end of 2019-2020 up to completion , Construction workers waking the neighborhood up 7am with Loud noises . No one has moved in it yet. of Course 2 Million Dollars per month is a Great reason not to move in , no one in their Right mind will move in at that price. that's why it is "Still" Vacant. I'm looking at it right now through my bedroom window all I see is lights on all day all night Not a single soul moving around on any floor. only thing moving around there is Bird's and Squirrels . Fitzgerald 1406 3rdw and Gaylor. Not one human body . you made this video 3 months ago not one sign of human movement yet. lights are on to Trick people someone living there but not one soul as of yet. also you tried your best to hide low income housing next to Fitzgerald Condos backyard gardening area . yes folks that tall brick building you see in the background is low income apartments . if I was paying 2 Million Dollars per month I don't want to smell cigarettes .
