Good story, funny how engineers aren't the best business people, but if surrounded by good businesses people they can succeed.

Excellent video. Can you explain or do a video on the drone brand called “ Specta”? It’s supposedly a new quadcopter startup , based in Hong Kong. The bizarre thing is that the two quads they offer the Specta Mini and Specta Air are DJI quads without the DJI markings. Even the Smart Phone App is 99% identical to that of DJI? When you open a Specta Mini and compare to an open DJI Mini 2 or 4K you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference between the two. Thanks for the video and I look forward to learning what is found regarding Specta.

Make a video about how the Israelis and the Ukrainians discarded American military drones, and instead bought DJI drones and modify the payload for military use.

Bot narration is annoying... poor quality" .... and a poor cost-cutting choice for otherwise interesting documentary.

Agree. I have several old videos on this channel dubbed by myself, but it took me long time and only couple of views, most of them from my friends, so I’ve decided to use AI to save time. And suddenly this video got “viral” (I mean, not only my friends watching it, lol). So I’d think about narrating with my own voice again. Nevertheless, thanks for your comment 🙌🏻

Unfortunately, 4 rotor drones were first conceived in 1907 I assume DJI isn't 117 years old. The first electronic controlled drone was 1970 by Karem Israel. Maybe your history is tainted by your paymasters.

They were useless until DJI put it in use in 2013. Whats the point of making something that wasnt stable enough for practical use? So you are type of guy that enjoy food that unedible? You want to drive a car that undrivable?

If you’re gonna come and spit facts, just make sure you got the right ones… “The first four-rotor drone, often considered the precursor to modern quadcopters, was invented in 1920 by Étienne Oehmichen, a French engineer. He built several prototypes of helicopters, and his Oehmichen No. 2 was a notable success, as it featured four rotors and eight propellers. Oehmichen’s quadcopter achieved a record by flying a distance of 1 kilometer in 1924. Although it was quite different from the drones we know today, his work laid the foundation for future developments in rotorcraft technology”…🤙🏼
