Dato Mindiashvili dr dre is not even close to Timbaland on beat making. Dr dre is a great producer for discovering talent and a great business man he is. He is not an innovator like timbo is. @ginga2122 Its a slang term. bouncing to the music = shaking / dancing to the beat / feeling the beat. when he said "the bounce coming up" he meant "the banger comes next". when people say to you, they were bouncing in the club they mean they were heavily dancing and had a good time. also meaning the music slayed :)
