This looks great chef! As a Filipino I am amazed at how you deconstructed menudo! One thing I could suggest is that all Filipino dishes are paired with rice, so perhaps a rice patty with a tomato and potato puree underneath would enhance the deconstruction!

Mr. T, i just want to say how happy you’ve made me through your videos. I only came across your channel a couple months ago and you’ve really rekindled my interest in cooking. To see you making a meal that i ate at my Lola’s place as a young child truly lights my heart up more than you could imagine. Thank you for doing all that you do, and i hope for you to have every good fortune come your way! Lots of love from Canada❤❤

That all looked absolutely delicious Chef... Especially the Lambs Liver... 😋 Have you ever thought of doing the Classic British Dish of... Liver & Bacon With Onion Gravy... Served with Mashed Potatoes & Vegetables?... You can find several delicious recipes for it online.. I'm sure the diners there... Would really love having a trip down memory lane... As this would've been a firm favourite of theirs... Either at home or at their school while growing up... Many congratulations on hitting the 180,000 Subscribers mark too... Well done my friend... It's an excellent achievement Tibor... Nicely done Chef. 👍
