First time using the instant pot. What a mess but figured it out.
Made Chili Verde and it ended up be delicious.
It took 45 minutes on low pressure "meat stew" setting.
Watch my video. It is actually simple to use.
1 bag tomatillo chop each into 4 pieces
1 chopped yellow onion
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
2 pasilla peppers chopped
1 or 2 serrano peppers chopped depending on your spicy levels
1 Chipotle pepper from can
Black pepper 1 tea spoon
Cumin spice 1 tea spoon
1 Bulb of garlic chopped or blended with
1/2 olive oil
2 lbs of chopped pork loin or shoulder or rump
Put everything in instant pot an turn on and select "meat stew" setting.
If the device displays "burn food" - just stir pot and reset and repeat.
I set the instant pot to low pressure for 45 minutes without releasing pressure.
Worked out amazing.
