Instant Rice Sooji Dosa
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup - Finely Chopped Coriander
1 no - Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 no - Finely Chopped Carrot
2 no - Finely Chopped Green Chillies
1 inch - Ginger Grated
10-12 no - Finely Chopper Curry Leaves
Take a Bowl and add
1+1/2 Cup - Rice Atta
1/4 Cup - Sooji
4 Cup - Water
Mix Properly
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
Above Chopped Vegetables
Mix Properly and Give Rest for 10-15 min
CHUTNEY :
1/2 Cup - Coriander Leaves
2 no - Green Chillies
2 no - Garlic Clove
1/3 Cup - Coconut Fresh or Desiccated Coconut
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup - Roasted Chana Or Daliya
1/2 Cup - Water
Grind Like a Paste
Remove in Bowl and Give Tadka
Tadka :
2 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1 tsp - Urad Dal
6-7 no - Curry Leaves
Give Tadka above the Chutney and Serve
In the Dosa Batter
Again add
1/2 Cup - Water
Mix Properly
Use Steel Katori for Pouring Dosa Batter on Tawa
Make Dosa and Apply Ghee and Make a Crispy Dosa
