Veg Clear Soup
Ingredients:
6 gms Veggie Powder
6 gms Ajinomoto
1 gm Ginger Powder
1 gm Powdered Sugar
Lemon Yellow Colour
3 gms dried garlic
3 gms dried white onion flakes
1 gm Dried Carrot
4 gms Dried Cabbage
3 gms Dried Capsicum
1 pinch Citric Acid
4 gms Corn Flour
Dried Corn Kernels
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Method to make Premix
Take Veggie Powder, Ajinomoto, Ginger Powder, Sugar, Corn Flour and Lemon Yellow Colour and grind the ingredients in a mixer.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
The soup premix is ready!
Method to make Soup:
Take 29 gms of soup Premix.
Add 300 ml water.
Bring to boil and cook (approx.. 1 minute) until thick.
The soup is ready to serve!
