Jamaican Soup
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Dried Pineapple Pieces
10 gms Milk Powder
10 gms Cashew Powder
6 gms Veggie Powder
6 gms Corn Flour
3 gms Salt
1 tsp Pineapple Emulsion
10 gms Cashew Pieces
1 tbsp Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 pinch Citric Acid
Method to make Premix:
Take Milk Powder, Cashew Powder, Veggie Powder, Corn Flour, Salt and Pineapple Emulsion and grind the ingredients well in a mixer.
Add Dried Pineapple pieces, Cashew pieces, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning and mix the ingredients well.
The soup premix is ready!
Method to make Soup:
Take 40 gms of soup Premix.
Add 300 ml water.
Bring to boil and cook (approx.. 1 minute) until thick.
The soup is ready to serve!
