Instant Vegetable Dhokla
Ingredients :
Take a Big Bowl and add
1+1/4 Cup - Sooji
1 Cup - Curd
Mix Very Well and add
3/4 Cup - Water
Mix and Give Rest for 1/2 n Hour
after 1/2 n hour add
1/2 Cup - Besan
Mix Properly and add
1/2 Cup - American Corn Parboiled
1/3 Cup - Cabbage Chopped
1/3 Cup - Capsicum Chopped
1/3 Cup - Grated Carrot
3 tbsp - Fresh Green Garlic Chopped
3 tbsp - Spinach Chopped
2 tbsp - Corainder Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1 tsp - Powder Sugar
1/4 Cup - Paneer Chopped
1 tbsp - Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Mix Properly
add again Water
1/4 Cup - Water
Total Used 1 Cup in this recipe
1/2 tbsp - Peanut Oil
Mix and then add
1 tsp - Eno ( Blue )
1 tsp - Water ( Above the Eno )
Mix Properly
Put Batter in Grease Aluminum Thali and Put above batter , Sprinkle Some Red Chilli Powder
Steam for 15-20 min
Tadka :
Take a Tadka Pan
3 tbsp - Peanut Oil
1 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
2 no - Chopped Green Chillies
15-20 no - Curry Leaves
1 tbsp - Sesame Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida ( Hing )
Pour Tadka above the steam Dhokla
Sprinkle Coriander Chopped and Red Chilli Powder
Give Rest for Room Temperature and then Cut into the Pieces
Serve With Green Chutney
