If you are struggling to do this here are some tips✨ ✨if you are new to ab workouts and can’t do the full time then have longer breaks in between and do 30 instead of 50 seconds ✨ you will see results, don’t give up! ✨push yourself but if u r in agony stop! ✨if you are struggling to do the reverse crunch and leg drop tuck your hands flat under your butt ✨don’t let your back arch when doing crunches ✨if you can’t do scissor kicks tuck your hands flat under your butt ✨remember to breathe! ✨sit straighter and more upright if you can’t do Russian twists ✨go slower on mountain climbers! ✨go slower on bicycle crunches and have your legs a bit higher ✨don’t push your legs out as far when ur doing spider plank ✨if you can’t do plank twist for the full 50 seconds then do 30 seconds Normal plank 20 seconds hip twists ✨go slower on raised legs crunch ✨just do normal plank if you can’t do the final exercise! I’ve been doing this everyday for a WHOLE MONTH now and here’s what I have to say: The first week will be SO HARD and you will find yourself wanting to take longer breaks and not being able to do certain exercises, like the up and down plank in my case But after that you find yourself being able to complete ALL the exercises in the given time, trust me. I’m now able to do all of them including the up and down plank. I have found that my ab line down the centre of my abdomen is more defined and I have so much strength in my upper arms now( I used to not even be able to hold a plank for longer than 30 seconds) Now I’m so used to all the exercises and I’m trying to step it up a bit. To do this I instead of trying to just get through the exercises I put thought into every move and really try to tense my abs. Also for the Russian twist keep your legs off the ground. Keep going guys

Guys this really works! I started doing this workout twice a day two weeks ago with 52.7k and I'm now, two weeks later with 49k! I was actually impressed with my results... I also started eating cleaner and I drink 5 bottles of water everyday! About my abs: I don't have abs... YET... Because I can already see the lines of my future abs... I'm really proud of myself! Thank you so much! I'm really happy with my results! 💪🏻😅💕 EDIT: so it’s been a year now... and im going to do this again bc it was the only workout that actually gave me REAL results! Oh and when i mentioned i used to drink 5 bottles of water a day, i meant 5 bottles of 0.5L

I promise I'll update lmao. Everyone else died after the first few days. Day 1: This was so effing hard. Especially the last one like wtf?! Anyways, can really feel a difference in my core when I sneeze, cough or laugh. Trying to eat healthier as well. Day 2: Today was so difficult! I sweat like crazy! I can really feel a difference in my core, and my belly isnt that protruding anymore. Day 3: Today was a bit easier. I am seeing no changes. Added another exercise to increase chances of seeing any changes. Day 4: I couldn't do it because I was travelling all day! Day 5: Today was actually so DIFFICULT! I was sweating like crazy! I added some other exercises as well to make up for what I missed yesterday! My stomach is getting a bit flatter. Day 6: Today was a bit easier than yesterday, but I'm still having exercise with the oblique plank so instead I just do a normal plank. I woke up this morning and my stomach was so flat! TIP FOR YOU GUYS, never stop even if you see good results. Keep doing it! Day 7: Did the workout, barely, today! I was so damn tired! I did this workout and a short walk outside. Ate a bit of junk food before I did the workout, so my belly was bloated like hell and I didn't feel really confident at all.The plank at the end if becoming easier! Make sure to like so other people can keep up with my results. Day 8: Imma keep going! We're in this together guys! Please comment down below if you have any questions! I am so so happy to be able to discover her channel, and her website and pre-planned workouts. They're such a blessing. Definitely, definitely use her workouts if ur aiming to lose weight. So, occasionally I gave myself cheat days if you read the whole thing. Other than that, I tried to cut low on soda and snacks, ate a lot of fruits and continued as normal.

I'm gonna update for everyone who wants to know if it works! (Everyday day!) Day 1: it was hard to do and my abs were burning hahah Day 2: the same Day 3: it is going better now and can do some longer then first, didn't saw really results tho Day 4: its getting easierrrr Day 5: i can see a liiilll bit difference hehe Day 6: sorry i couldn't do it butt i lost 3 kg and i am proud of that yayyy (idk if its because of this workout but i also eat healthier and walk more) Day 7: its still getting easier and easier to do and i see a lil difference but not that much (yay its already been a week) Day 8: nothing special hahah Day 9: oh my i am so happy i already see a little bit of lines in my stomach & the fat under my breasts are also less than in the beginning!! 😍 Day 10: i see more defenition in my stomach like yesterdayy😝 and my pants are also more wider (btw i walk also more and do another excersise so maybe its because i do 2 its getting faster results) Day 11: same Day 12: still the same lol Day 13: same Day 14: yaass 2 weeks!! Skylineblue 17 I'm already eating healthy, I eat more veggies and less meat. Eating every 5 hours and drinking 1.5 liters of water daily. On my experience I would recommend doing 1 set of this workout 3 hours after eating, it's so effective.

Dimples N' Stuff change your eating habits, if you eat chicken and beef more try to reduce it and add veggies to it for example. The thing is you need 1) healthier food 2) that fills you up 3) while it has less calories. So you might want to tell you parents so they can at least prepare you meals with veggies, or buy more veggies and fruits. Eat nuts. Have always a bottle of water with you. Changing alone your eating habits will get you to lose weight, wether you intentionally wanted it or not if you're overweight. By doing all of the above I lost 5 kilos in 2 months when I just wanted to lose 3, and I was happy with it. You just need sometime to get used to it, and the "will" to stay healthy :)

Will update everyday Day 1- ☑ Day 2-☑( my abs are sore btw) Day 3- ☑ Day 4-☑(my endurance is getting way better already) Day 5-☑( I got through it with rather less difficulty) Day 6- ☑( I have also added Chloe's lower ab workout) Day 7- ☑( It's been a week, and I'm seeing some differences) Day 8-☑( It was really easy today and I immediately went into the lower ab workout) Day 9-☑ Day 10-☑( it's really easy and I'm not really breathless) Day 11-☑ Day 12-☑ Day 13-☑ Day 14-☑ Guys, I cannot believe this, I have lost 2 inches around my stomach. I did these excercises for over a month, here are my results. ( I didn't do the mountain climbers because that makes a lot of noise and I don't want to piss off my neighbours or parents so I replaced the mountain climbers with the excercise that was the hardest that day which were mostly the scissor kicks and the crunches. I'm 15 years old for the people wondering.) day 1: excercise was tough. no direct results day 2: excercise got harder because of muscle pain. no results yet day 3: exercise got even harder and i was sweating more this time, I do feel more energetic and healthy. day 4: excercise got a little easier but i'm still not able to do the up and down plank. my tummy doesn't look any different yet. day 5: excercise was a lot easier and the muscle pain was almost gone. my tummy feels harder because of muscle. I don't see improvement yet. day 6: excercise is now reasonable but the planks 😩. i feel muscles on my tummy. day 7: excercise was normal and I finally got the planks. my tummy is kind of hard but you can't realy see the muscle. (end week 1) day 8: not realy different from yesterday. day 9: i can't see the muscles. further no progress. i was very tired today. day 10: nothing happend realy day 11: I still don't see any progres and it's making me unmotivated. yes I can feel a little bit of muscle but I can't see it yet. I realy hope I get to see the muscle soon. I expect to see it in week 3. day 12: (well turns out that I did most of the excercises wrong. If you want you can start judging the outcome from here on. I didn't think the excercises were harder or anything but still. I appologise. I wil keep the first days in just in case because everyone makes mistakes.) I found that the excercise got easier, still hard but easier. day 13: my stomach had a little muscle pain today but further no progress. day 14: I definetly felt my muscles today during excercise. still no progress. (end week 2) day 15: I felt my muscles today again and I felt more energetic. I think I can see a bit of an ab line but that can be my full stomach as I have just eaten. (note that I do these excercises at 8 PM and I eat at like 6 PM.) If I can still see the ab line tomorrow morning that that'd be great. OML it's still here, i'm happy. It's just a little bit though. day 16: excercise was alright but further no progress day 17: my family kept interupting me so I didn't get any further than the bicycle crunches. I am happier with my body now because I can see some faint muscles. day 18: the up and down planks got suprisingly easier today. I definetly notice that my arms are getting stronger because of the planks so that is a bonus. day 19: I got home today and I saw my ab line in the mirror and damn it looks good. I am very happy with the results right now. If you want to do this I would highly recommend it. It doesn't take long to do and isn't that hard after the second week. I just finished the excercise and they are starting to feel shorter. So if you are doing this and it is hard, please don't stop it gets easier and if you quit now and decide to start again later you are back to square one. day 20: excercise was tough. I have been working on my flexibility again and I had so much muscle pain, but still finished the excercise though. The ab line is still there, I am waiting untill somebody notices lmao. day 21: so now I have done these excercises for three weeks and they definetly work. my tummy is flatter and there is an ab line. I suggest you try them. they are definetly worth your 10 minutes every day. I will continue with the excercises and post after every new week the results and if I quit I'll let you know. (end week 3) day 22: I decided to add some weights to the excercise as they are getting easier. I added 1,5 kg (3.3 LB) to the russian twists. they definetly got harder that way. day 23: excercise was normal, the ab line isn't more defined or anything. Maybe it is as defined as it's gonna get but we'll see. I still feel my stomach muscles when I do the excercises so they are still working. day 24: I skipped excescise today because I was home late. day 25: Excercise was hard today, not super hard but a little. So just don't skip excercise. day 26: so for some reason I was very weak today. The excercise was hard and my legs were shaking really bad. I don't see any further progress. As soon as these excercises get too easy I'm gonna find some harder ones and maybe go do some arm excercises. day 27: excercise was really hard. Maybe it is because I have been going to bed later. But is was hard today. still no progress. (end week 4) day 28: I am skipping excercise again today. I'm so sorry 😩but I have already showered and I don't want to sweat again and make myself dirty and hot again. I have (don't know what it is called in english but a week full of test that you have 4 to 6 times a year) coming up so I have to learn for that. I'm gonna do my best but just so you know. day 29: man, excercise was hard again. And can I just say how much I hate those planks, and I don't think they do as much as the other ones. but whatever, I still don't see any further progress and I don't think my ab line is going to get any more defined. But I don't want to do other excercises because maybe my progress is going to disappear and they may be harder than these and I can't handle that. What should I do?? day 30: so excercise got al little easier again. Very happy about that, I really thought I was going to quit or that I lost all progress. day 31: excercise got easier again today. I still don't see any further progress but I don't check as often as I did before day 32: I skipped excercise today as I was sleeping over at a friends house and I went poledancing with her so that is a hard excercise on it'a own day 33: oh man I have muscle pain in my shoulders, stomach and legs from poledancing. The excercise were hard because of the muscle pain and my arms were weak. day 34: I have such bad cramps today. excercise was hard and my arms are still weak. It was again really hard, I am getting a little sick of these excercises. day 35: I forgot excercise today and it is now close to midnight. I can't be bothered to do the excercises right now. day 36: today was reasonable. and if you're going to do this, try to keep your back straight during the planks. I had my back arched down which made the excercise easier. Just a little tip. day 37: Because I kept my back straight this time it was a lot harder. I found it strange that I didn't feel the planks lol. But it was normal. day 38: I am really surprised at how long I have been doing this. Usually I quit quite fast. I guess keeping this "diary" has helpt me. So please do the same. Also a thing i wish I had done was take a before photo to compare to. So if you're going to do this, please take one. but excercise was hard but normal. day 39: it was normal today but I think I can see a faint sixpack only with 4 squares. maybe it's my imagination but wow. day 40: school started again today and I felt unmotivated but the excercises were easier. day 41: I was home late but still did the excercises. The scissor kicks were really hard. nothing else special besides that. day 42: I was home late again so didn't do the excercises day 43: I forgot to do the excercises. day 44: I feel like the planks are getting easiet whilst the scissor kicks and the raised legs crunches get harder. Have been doing this for around 2 month and I cannot thank you more. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the most efficient set of exercises that I've ever done, and I've tried plenty before. I must also add that the results are very visible and it motivates me to keep working just as hard. In general I have a healthy, normal diet, but not very controlled (no counting calories and all that). I mostly just do intuitive eating. I didn't change my diet since I started working out.

Hello! I added this to my workout routine today, and it worked extremely and surprisingly well. They weren't exactly evident and instant, but that could have been because I stopped a few times in between because my upper body isn't as strong. 😨 But I think in a few days, they will grow and become more defined and feminine. Towards the end when she was introducing more upper body plank exercises, I just repeated some of the exercises she did earlier in the video like regular crunches or Russian twist (personally was my favorite). :) -Not so strong upper body gal lol

I've been doing this for 5 days. So far my abs have been getting a little more toned. The first time I did this workout it was really hard and I was constantly taking breaks. Now it's a lot easier I can get through the whole thing no problem. So if you think it's hard don't quit because it gets easier and makes you feel a lot better about yourself! :) Thank you for this video.

It does help... do it for a month and see the results.. i can definitely see the line coming and feel that my stomach is tighter and firmer... i had a lot of lines idk what to call them like fold lines or something...they hav disappeared for sure... it was very difficult for a few days but its totally worth it guys!!! But definitely u need self motivation and determination!! Go for it!!!

UPDATE TIME!! Day 1: Stomach aching like hell, wanted to stop half way through! - Stomach looks the same Day 2: Stomach still hurting, still wanted to stop half way but a bit less than half way. - Stomach looks same Day 3: Stomach again hurting, but wanting to stop 20 seconds more than 2 days ago. GOING WELL! - Bit more defined Day 4: Stomach still aches, but not as much. I wanted to stop this time at 6:54!! - Stomach still the same Day 5: Rest Day 6: I want to stop at 7:33! But I kept on going. -Stomach little bit more defined Day 7: I didn't even want to stop! Maybe I was just motivated. Day 8: Oh god. It was hot today and it was HORRIBLE! Day 9: Not too bad today, really felt the hip twists though. When I flex I have literal abs :D Sorry i haven't updated, been busy Day 10: Aching.... Ouch. Wanted to stop at 7:40 -.- Day 11: Rest day... Sorry it's too much ;-; Day 12: Felt super energised that day but still felt those hip twists! Is it just me or when you get up after your thighs hurt?? here for some updates: so i started this a month ago and i do it around 3-4 times a week, my abs were showing a bit after a week and for now it's more or less the same (given that i weigh ~110lbs and 167cm) this definitely works but i'd recommend switching to other routines once ur body adapts to this if you really want ur 6 packs showing but for me im satisfied with what i've got now:)

I’m going to be doing this for a week I’m 12 years old (female) and 47 kilos Day 1: i can feel my belly burn and I’m sweating a lot Day 2:it was a bit easier,don’t see a difference but it’s only the second day Day 3: I can see a tiny difference Day 4: I look a bit slimmer and I’ve got a line down my belly sweaty and tired after the workout but it’s a bit easier Day 5: I can see a big difference from day 1 I’ve lost an inch from my belly. Tired and sweaty after workout Day 6:didn’t feel like doing it but I did ! I can see abs forming Day 7: I’m really happy with the results I’m going to keep doing it but I’m not going to update because I’ll forget .

Within the first 2 minutes not even going to lie I noticed that my stomachs didn't look as oddly lumpy as is usually is especially when I do crunches, it's already gotten rid of my lower stomach fat which I don't have a lot of but I still don't like it but this video was amazing, tysm❣️❣️

I'll be doing this for a week! Spring break is here, and I want to see results before I head back to school in two weeks. Like and comment for updates, gives me motivation. I have the first update already, since I came home from school. Day 1- 3/10/17: I was able to do everything up until mountain climbers. To control my breathing and keep my pace, I did 5 and then took a 3 second break. 5 and then 3 second break. Know your limits guys, and know when you can push further. I pushed myself with scissor kicks and scissor kicks, and bycicle crunches(I do these a lot). I feel a slight burn in my abs and obliques, but nothing too dramatic. I ended it off with a 20 second push-up position hold. :))

Hi all! I know lots of you don't care, but I'll write this update anyways. Day 2- 3/11/17: I was already tired and sore from helping my aunt move heavy bins into her new apartment. So, I did my best to power through this workout. I had to skip two exercises, the plank with hip twists and the up and down planks, as I did my best to do them, but I just couldn't. Not today. I could definitely feel the soreness from yesterday in my abs and obliques. My abs are burning, nothing too dramatic and no results in the mirror yet. I definitely put a sweat on today tho! :)

Hello! My next update! Day 3- 3/12/17: My arms are still pretty sore from yesterday, but I built up motivation to do this workout!! I felt my core was a lot stronger, I was able to power through all these exercises!! I stopped only a couple of times between the mountain climbers, plank with hip twists and the up and down planks. It was a lot better compared to my first 2 days. As for results, in the mirror I could barely see some lines come in, but that's if I stared for like 10 minutes XD. Don't forget to drink lots of water to reduce muscle tightness and bloating!! Attention: I'm doing this workout with no change in my diet. :))

Hi!! Good afternoon~ Day 4- 3/13/17: It's the afternoon, and since it's spring break (I have no life), I was bored and decided to start my workout already. I only stopped like 3 times, which is progress compared to my first 3 days. I pushed myself, even when I wanted to stop. The planks with hip twists and the up-and-down planks are becoming much easier for me. I've been bloated so the results are kind of hard to see, but I can see small, barely visible, lines forming and my stomach has gotten just a tad bit flatter. Either than that, nothing major. :)

Stuck in COVID-19 quarantine so I decided to try this out and will be logging my results! Day 1: It was pretty challenging and I had to take a break that was longer than 10 seconds a few times but overall it felt good. Day 2: Today I did a lot better than yesterday, I only paused the video once to readjust myself but overall I strained through. Day 3: It was a little easier than the days before but still burned. Day 4: It was pretty normal, but I strained my wrist so i wasn't able to do the up and down plank:'( Day 5: Good news! My wrist doesn't hurt anymore! I was able to do the full exercise and am already noticing my endurance is progressively getting better, I don't have to take a few second breaks anymore. Day 6: It was a lot easier and I can already tell my endurance is getting a lot better. Day 7: The beginning burned more than usual and the ending was a lot easier for some reason. Day 8: Same as always. It gets easier the more you do it. I also added one of Chloe Ting's Lower Ab Workouts to the mix. Day 9: I had a lot less energy today but I was able told so the workout. Day 10: I wasn't able to do it yesterday due to not being in a very good emotional state but I was able to do it today. Day 11: I'm tired DX Day 12: It left my stomach really sore today. Usually it doesn't leave my abs this sore. Day 13: I've been noticing that my upper abs are pretty defined for being someone that's kinda skinny/average but still has belly fat. I have a more defined middle line and both upper side parts have definition near my ribs. Day 14: 2 week mark! I'm still gonna continue doing the workout but I'm proud of myself for keeping this up! It's a lot easier than my first day and it doesn't leave me as sweaty. Day 15: So far I've lost an inch on my waist, which is quite surprising since I've been doing this for only 2 weeks (Even though it feels like longer than that)and I haven't been eating much differently than before even though I should be. Now that I have more strength and am able to complete the workout much easier than before, I've started focusing more on clenching my abs and keeping my stomach tight throughout the workout. Day 16: Starting today I will be doing this workout in the morning, and then doing Chloe's new Hourglass Challenge program. I need my Quarantine glo up! Day 17: When I woke up this morning, my abs hurt so much! I managed to pull through the workout but I've never felt this sore. I think it's a good thing though, my stomach feels really tight. By this time I've lost about an inch on my waist and my stomach looks a lot more defined. Day 18: Today I was still kind of sore, but I hardly sweat at all, just a few pricks but that's it. *Weird*

Ashley Morales if you want to do is as well without giving up I think(this is what I tried),if you have someone with same goal do it together so that you both can encourage each other and at the same time hold each other accountable for your actions. I highly recommend this one! Believe me, I've tried so many ab workouts here on youtube. I've been doing this now for over 2 months 6-7 times a week and you really can see the progress. My belly got much flatter and I can already see my muscels. It is hard but sooooo worthy!!! But you really gotta keep doing it every day or you won't see any results.

After seeing so many others do this, I think I’ll post my results as well :) Day 1: it definitely burned, and I wasn’t able to finish some of the exercises, or do some correctly. I’m sure it will get easier with time though! :)) Day 2: my stomach was still sore from yesterday’s workout, which made it slightly harder to do them today. I kept pushing though! I was able to do all of the workouts, only struggling slightly on the planks. (Especially the up and down plank :’))) Day 3: I felt extra motivated when I woke up today idk why lol. I’m definitely feeling the burn of this workout! My stomach has been pretty sore. But today I was able to get through all the workouts!! Even the up and down plank, even tho it took longer than it should have :/. But any progress is good! Day 4: I wasn’t able to work out today, because I was at a dance yesterday and I could hardly walk because of my heels :/ Day 5: staying at friend’s house so I couldn’t do my workout. I can do it tomorrow though! Day 6: my stomach has definitely gotten a tiny bit flatter, although I have been on a diet for 2 months so that could be why. It was super hard for me today because I couldn’t do it for 2 days :’) Day 7: yay! One week straight of doing it! I haven’t seen many results yet but that normal, but I do seem stronger. Day 8: same as usual :) Note: unfortunately, I have to stop my workout for a while. One of my family members are going through liver failure and may die soon, so I’ve been taking care of my younger brother while my aunt helps them. Hope to continue soon!

My story update. Age : 16 Height : 5'7 Weight : 154 lbs. 70 kgs Day 1 : it was kinda difficult. I enjoyed the mountain bicycler part because it was the easiest and the side planks too. Day 2 : i was kinda sore but still did it. Day 3 : less sore and more confident. The things were getting less difficult to do.. Day 4: i wasn't able to do the up and down planks but now i can a little. I can see the improvement in my performance. My stomach's already flat but still it has a layer of fat that i have to get rid of. I am telling you guys it's a really nice workout if you do it honestly and religiously everyday. *my toe's broken (fractured) so i can't do anything* 😭😭😭😭

@@BLINKARMY-cw9eg I know you’re getting a very late response. But, everyone is different in terms of seeing abs almost immediately. Some will see results later than others but that shouldn’t cause for your motivation to wear down. Keep doing the exercises because I can assure you that you will definitely see the results you’re looking for.

Okay! So I've been doing this for the past 3 days... and guys it's really intense! The first day I got tired with the first two exercises but the thing here is that you have to push it! Just don't give up... I'm doing this work out for a month to see how it goes so far it's really good, like yeah you get really tired but now I'm getting the hang of it on my third day... just push it! I'm gonna be trying this for a month to see what happens!

I've been doing this workout and some others for a month now cause i stopped but you definitely see the results, and i recommend you guys trying it.. it's really good, you feel the burn but it feels so good afterwards but i have to say its really tiring... just do it! Its definitely worth it

After some time you get the hang of it, and you dont feel as tired as the first 2 weeks, so far I'm already getting through it all not gonna lie I struggle a bit but not as much as the first tries that I remember I would get out of breath or break through-out the workout... now i finish it and I challenge myself to make it harder! And i actually feel my stomach a little hard(?) and my abs are coming through slightly... not fully but they're there! Your body becomes stronger and eventually through time this workout becomes easy!.. dont even doubt it just try it guys, the key is not to give up and just to push it

Oml LET ME TELL YOU. Yes you. I have been SEARCHING and SEARCHING for a good an workout for a flat stomach. Well, I mean I got the flat stomach I just want to tone it up. Anyways, I have been searching for literally weeks for a good workout, and I have tried many different workouts. All of them were good, but none of them really made a big difference and none of them burned my abs. But let me tell you, my abs started to BURN during this workout!! I can tell this workout of a good workout for me, and I got all the motivation I need. Imma do this over the summer along with going to the gym and all the sports I play. I’ll try to update y’all in like a month or two. 😬

Experience: I did this for about 2 weeks because I needed to model. In 2 weeks, I could see the middle line of my stomach. The first 2 days would be quite tiring, but it gets easier because you would get used to it. Your stomach muscles might burn a bit and might be a bit painful, but KEEP GOING. If you cannot do some of the exercises here, do some situps instead. MAKE SURE YOU SWEAT Tips to get abs faster: More fat than carbs because CARBS makes you look rounder and bigger. Eat less meat too and drink lots of water (better with lemon water). Get me to 1K likes and I would keep updating week by week. Hope this is helpful!!

Our body is not that simple :) Whatever energy we eat (carbs, fat, protein, alcohol) will be either stored as fat or burned. But carbs (especially sugar-rich foods!) are quickly broken down, which makes your blood sugar rise and then fall quickly. The fall in your blood sugar will likely make you crave more carbs. Fats are broken down slowly, so that you won't get that drop in your blood sugar, and will be less likely to eat more. That being said, 'carb'-foods like vegetables and wholemeal bread contain lots of fiber, which slows absorption of carbs and also makes you feel full longer. Sorry if it was kind of long :D But as a soon-to-be medicinal biologist, I feel slightly offended by statements such as "carbs make you look rounder". There's so much bs on this topic. Shoutout to Chloe for actually providing us with actual info.

This is LITERALLY the only exercising-sport-activity I do for nearly a year and since the bikini-season started I've got so many nice comments about my "abs" and tummy.... I really really recomment it - after one or two weeks doing this daily it will become a lot easier and it's a quick and very effective way to shape your body :)

I've been sticking to this workout for 2 months (4-5 times a week) and it does make me feel better. Do I see results? Yes. Is it significant? Not really. My abs don't show but the muscles at the V-line is definitely prominent. I just realized my muscles down there are somehow more engaged during the workout than my obliques. I will keep doing this with better form and better engagement everyday and hopefully I will have visible abs one day.

I'll update this daily until I'm tired of it (: Day 1: not too bad... AT FIRST. It got way harder towards the end. I did some cardio beforehand too! Day 2: My stomach felt a little sore from the day before. It was sort of easier than yesterday, but it doesn't change the fact that it was still hard, did cardio beforehand! Day 3: I FELT THE BURNNN sooo much today. I saw a bit of a difference, my upper abdomen seemed to be a bit more defined than before. I also think it is also due the cardio I do before. Today I did a longer leg/butt workout beforehand! I really recommend doing cardio or another workout beforehand because it can help burn fat, and this workout tones the muscles underneath and together they make a great combo(: Day 4: Didn't do it today because it was my rest day for my regular workout and I didn't want to mess up my days by not following through. Day 5: It was easier but hard at the same time. I was still really tired during the workout but not as tired as when I started out. I did cardio beforehand! Day 6: It was Christmas Eve, and my family celebrates this day, so I had no time to do it :/ Day 7: It was way easier, and went by way faster than before. I see results already on my stomach. My upper abs are toned and the rest of my stomach has lost some fat. I'll be doing another abs and butt workout after this one OVERALL: it works really well, recommend doing it with another workout for best outcome, not gonna update. Good luck if you try it!

I’ve done this workout about a year ago for almost 2months and i swear it really changed my abdomen part. My abs became toned. My first week feels like hell coz It’s really hard but you will absolutely love this workout after all. Sadly I stopped doing this last yr bcoz i have work and don’t have time to do this, but still my abs are there but has a little fats😥 I’m here to do this again. Hey guys been doing this for 3 weeks now every day i waited a while so i can share my results unlike other people who dont keep promises ok im gonna kepp continuing everyday and i will update since i come here everday. Here it goes: 1st day: didnt expect anything 2nd day: feeling refreshed still nothing 3rd day: feeling pumped ayy a %3 difference 4th day: my bodys feeling good %1 difference 5th day: same as day 4 feeling ok! 6th day: im getting a little flatter yay! (My stomach) 7th day: %1 more flatness to my stomach And that concludes week 1 Day 8: feeling good ab line is there! Day 9: neutral no change Day 10: feeling motivated %3 slimmer Day 11: my stomach feels harder other than the squishy marsh mallow it was before Day 12: %1 slimmer Day 13: neutral feeling good though Day 14: getting more defined! That concludes week 2!!! Monday: same as yesterday Tuesday: %2 more shaped Wednesday: neutral Thursday: %1 change Friday: %3 change Saturday: getting flatter!! Sunday (today): more shaped and defined i feel im better at things i wasnt as good as before eg: push ups crunches etc That concludes week 3 WEEK 4 Monday: tough day paused for a sec alot during workout lost a kg though Tuesday: i was really annoyed and mad that day so for some reason i was really motivated 7% more in shape Wednesday: didnt pause for sec during the workouts. When i touch my stomach it feels much more harder yay Last updated: 26/07/17 Thx ill stay updated RETURN OF THE MARSHMALLOW Long time no see yea I know I haven’t done the workout for like a month I know it’s says like 3 months I just forgot to update I haven’t been on this channel in a while but I came back to see so many nice things people have said now let’s go! Friday (20.10.17) Even after a long time my abs are still with me (: No change as I left for a while. See you tomorrow! Saturday (21.10.17) I feel much less bloated and since I got so tired from yesterday’s workout I fell asleep really early (Also doing the workout makes me feel more flexible idek) Hey guys I’m sorry to say but this concludes this ab workout I heard you shouldn’t do the same workout for more than one month so I decided I would find a different ab workout this may be rubbish but even if it is I still would want to change things up. Been doing this for over a month now and I can definitely say I started seeing results in just 1-2 weeks. I struggled with the spider planks at first, but persistence is key. I'd seriously recommend you guys to give this a try and do as best as you can, you'll get there just as I did. (~:

A lot of people don’t update after doing it but I feel updating is going to keep me motivated to keep going so I’m gonna do it Day 1 - Couldn’t complete all the exercises but the ones I did, I did them properly. I did a 45-50 minutes of cardio before this Day 2 - My stomach was extremely sore because of the workout yesterday but I still did this. I still couldn’t complete all but did the ones I could properly. I did cardio for about 45 minutes before too. Day 3 - I did a good cardio before today too. My body is still kinda sore but I counted that I do 7 of these exercises properly. I don’t know if my stomach looks different but I don’t want to expect anything so soon. I’ll update two days together now Day 4 & 5 & 6 - I had bad cramps ugh so I couldn’t do it nor did I go to the gym, but I’m gonna continue tomorrow Day 7 - I’m planning to start doing this twice a day now since I took a break I’d totally recommend this workout cause you can feel the burn which means it’s going to work Day 8 - It becomes easier every time you do it. Give it time and it’ll give you the results!!! I feel my stomach becoming smaller

so i want to lose weight because recently over the summer i haven't been eating very well and gained a lot of weight. and ill start the exercise and then will quit it. 1 like-1 day ill do this workout. thanks for the motivation.

I just want to thank you so much for helping me to lose weight! (: I've been doing this for about a week and have definitely seen noticeable changes I never thought would happen. If you think you can't lose weight, you can! One day I woke up and said, "You have to stop feeling sorry about yourself and do something about it!" My motivation continued from there. I started to eat less, taking out my snacks throughout the day. I never though I would be able to do it but I did! You can too! It just over a week I lost 10lbs and I cant believe it! Chloe, thank you so much for inspiring me to be the best person I can be. You want updates let me know!

My 2 week update is due, so here it goes: Okay, so I had to skip a total of four days because I was in the hospital (glucose levels - I'm okay now!), so I only managed to do around 10-11 days... However, even with this short period of time, I can definitely say it works! My abs have gotten tighter and definitely more defined (I was already slim beforehand so it was pretty easy to get the muscle definition), I can now see the outline and I feel much stronger. I paired this with a protein rich diet, light cardio and a variety of other exercises and I haven't lost any weight (thankfully! Don't wanna be underweight). Thank you so much for putting this up, Chloe! Love ya~♡

Going to do my best to do updates... Age- 14. Height- 5’5. Weight- 116 Keep in mind that I’ve cut out some unhealthy snacking habits I have but I definitely don’t have a completely clean diet! if I’m craving...I don’t constrict myself. Day 1(Sat Feb 9)- I’ve tried doing this workout before so I’m pretty sure I have a good idea how to do the exercises. I did it twice today. Day 2- Did the workout once in the morning. I could feel the burn of yesterday’s workout, it was painful whenever I laughed or coughed. If you don’t feel sore after the first few days you are most likely not doing the exercises correctly... Day 3- Tried doing it a few times and kept getting interrupted. Finally got through it after the third time lol. My stomach is still feeling sore Day 4- It was a snow day for me so I wasn’t really active at all but I did get the workout in. I didn’t think I saw much of a difference, but I took some pictures and compared them to the first day- I see a small difference but it’s there! My stomach is a tiny bit flatter. Also, I was less sore today! Day 5- Not feeling sore anymore! Did the workout after school, nothing new. Day 6- Today’s Valentines Day! I did the workout, and nothing new. But I feel like I can no longer see the progress I made a few days ago :( Day 7- Took a break today.

My height is: 171 cm and my weight: 59.4 kg ✅Day 1: i thought it'd be easy, but i got so tired last few minutes i kinda did sloppy after. According to my mi band 5, i burnt 34 kcal with 97 bpm average and, Max bpm 122 ( i did warm up that wasn't chloe's and burnt 54 kcal but despite the numbers i really can feel in my muscles what im doing with Chloe, just wanted to tell :) ) ✅Day2: burnt 39 kcal with this and 42 before with warming up, first five minutes i was thinking yeah im handling this so well, but last five...🤣 i keep falling with hip Twist plank and up & down plank 😢 Average bpm: 103 Max bpm: 118 ✅Day3: my current weight 58.7 kg. Burnt 33 kcal, average bpm: 93 Max bpm: 114 didn't do any warm up today, i video recorded myself and my back looks sooo funny all the time, that must be the reason why im burning minimum calories... but i've got my "before" video so that's cool... 2 kgs to go... :) oh and i fell one time while doing hip Twist plank and lie down there and questioned my life only 3 seconds and fell 3 times while doing up and down plank, so that's smth 😝🥰 i feel my abs and arms getting stronger already💃🏻💃🏻 Day4: im back after a week :( feels like day 1 again :( Day5: Day6: Day7: Day8: Day9: Day10: Day11: Day12: Day13: Day14: Day15:

Ima update y'all so I have a reason to keep coming back to this video. First of all I'm pretty insecure and when I change in locker rooms for school I wanna look good, I'm a pretty average body type but I really want a flat tummy Day one: y'all this is so tiring I haven't sweat this much in my whole life, but I kept going. Because I'm not that flexible and can't put my legs all the way up, I substituted the leg reach exercise with more crunches. I don't really see a difference but I'm not complaining because it is my first day. But I feel very good. Day 2: I'm surprised I actually did it today, but I can see a difference. I see my ab line coming thru a lil, and my stomach is a little flatter, but that can also be because I was eating pretty healthy today. Day 3: I didn't eat that healthy today. But no difference Day 3: my stomach got flatter :) Day 4: yesterday I was with family so I couldn't really do it so I just finished doing it this morning and I felt a burn, that means its working. My stomach feelings harder and is a lot flatter than it was on day 1. I'm going to do this exercise again later on today to make up for yesterday Okay so I just did this again, right before bed and lemme just tell you I am feeling AMAZING! My stomach is flat and I love it!! I still haven't achieved abs yet though, but this is working Day 5: no difference Day 6: not much of a difference Day 7: I'm doing the Russian twist with weights now because I wanna make my obliques more defined. But my ab line is coming through and my stomach is a lot harder *THAT CONCLUDES ONE WEEK* My stomach is flatter and harder Day 8: my stomach is harder by a little, it got flatter but my stomach only looks flattering in certain lighting Day 9: no difference Day 10: ugh she makes it look so easy. Anyways no major difference

Hey! In case your wondering if this works on not u can track my progress with me! Started Sunday, October 1st Age: 13 Day 1: I was really motivated to work out, I completed the workout then did it twice more later on in the day! I was feeling really good. Day 2: I just completed the workout. It was really tiring considering I was so sore from yesterday. (Yeah I didn't feel it till I woke up and ouch it hurts) I noticed it doesn't only affect your ab area. It also tones your arms and legs because they are burning right now. I'm still motivated and I feel pretty good! Day 3: I wasn't motivated at all. It more because I had a bad day though. I did it. I do see a change, my tummy is getting tighter and definitely not bloated. Day 4: okay I just finished and I feet greattt, it didn't hurt for some reason today. I surprisingly pushed through it without any extra breaks...I'm getting stronger and my tummy is getting even harder! Day 5: wasn't motivated. Had a bad day, started to work out and just quit. Day 6: pulled myself together and worked out, no more laziness. Acually kinda craved a workout today, I feel great! But I dont feel the burn anymore so I'm repeating the exercise twice starting tomorrow! Day 7: I just did it and it went great, my stomache is flat! Day 8: I have been doing this for exactly a week and one day, I really love this workout. My tummy has gotten flatter/ tighter and I love it! I was really motivated today and did it! Day 9: just finished! After finishing the workout I always feel refreshed and new haha, my tummy is really improving! If you are debating on whether to do this or not I would definitely do it! Day 10: I'm what you could consider "skinny" I'm super proud of myself at the moment and think I did pretty well! Thank you guys for all the support😊 Day 11: I didn't do it, I'm sorry! Day 12: did it! Someone commented saying this was fake because I got results in 10 days. It is not fake, 100% real. Maybe we won't all get results the same because our bodies are different. But I wasn't fat before I did this, I just had an extra inch or so I wanted gone, and it is! My confidence is the best its been and I feel great Day 13: when should I quit giving updates? I have my results I wanted, I do not have abs but my tummy is toned! I was thinking about advancing to her second tummy workout! Day 14: I was mad today so I worked double the work, I actually sweated unlike the other times, I'm gonna feel the burn tmr😂 Day 15: I'm kinda confused, my tummy was flat but for the past three or so days it hasn't been as flat, I think it might have to do with my sleeping routine... Hello! So this is my first time doing this workout and I'm going to do this for a week since I have no school I'm going to update everyday :) (please like and comment so I'll be sure to come back on and stay motivated!?!) Day One 05/29/17♥ So I actually couldn't do some of them that well but I did attempt them which is good. It did burn a bit and I had to stop while doing some of them but I carried on. For my diet, I am eating a lot healthier. I am trying to get rid of all sugars or just basically anything unhealthy in general and save it for a special occasion or something like that. I know I haven't wrote that much but at least its something Also anyone wanna become motivation buddies in the comments so we can all motivate each other?!

Day Two 09/30/17♥ I did miss out on the first one because I find that one really difficult. I did feel the burn on some of them but nothing much. I do quite struggle with some because of my legs (I'm so unflexible lol)

I have been doing this work out for almost 3 months, once per day, every other day (i.e. one rest day following one work out day). My waist line shrank by 2 cm and abs looks more defined. It's not a big result but considering I'm in a bulking diet (calories surplus) and the low work-out frequency, I'm happy with the result. To everyone out there: start your workout today, your future self will thank you for that.

I need serious motivation. I am a slightly chubby twelve year old girl. Every like that I get will hopefully be the motivation I need, because of the kindness of strangers believing that I can do this. I seriously will try as hard as I can to complete this. Thank you.
