4years gym experience want to give you advice when doing squats go deeper if you dont have a knee or back problem decrease your weight do with control and for side lateral you doing it incorrectly you are not isolating it tho you will feel burning sensation in you side shoulder but you are targetting more on your traps raise from your elbow and watch some vid for lateral raise with exp. you will learn good luck👍

Thank for the advice bro👊 But for me going deep on squats leads to lower back pain And 90 degree squat is best for me .
