Hello. You've been asking me for a long time to do a plank ab workout. And here is an intensive workout for the press plank 5 minutes without rest. A really effective workout that will test your character and willpower. Give your all in each exercise, but do not overdo it to reach the end!
The Plank workout is performed for 30 seconds for each exercise without rest, for a total of 10 exercises. When performing, keep the body even and tense and also do not forget about breathing!
