Hi Hannah, it was an amazing workout, it seemed to me almost an advanced workout. However it would be great to have some advanced workouts for people like me who are following you since a long time! For me it’s 1 YEAR now ! It’s amazing 😉 so happy I found your channel ! Big hugs 🤗

Hello Hannah!!! Yessss!!! I did it even I had stopped Three times to refresh my face and my mouth(Dry fasting makes some disturbed effects like those ones!!!)! I'm happy because now I feel so good in my entire body! Thanks sweet friend and see you tomorrow! Lots of love. Namaste.
