These videos are, by far, the most useful videos for learning boxing without an in-person trainer. They are also highly instrumental in keeping me sane right now, by engaging my brain and body. I still suck at it, but I'm getting better all the time, thanks to these videos.

hi again. last night I was sparring not just with beginners but with other boxers and with the help from you and your foot work drills, my basic jabs and back hands where really good, jabs kept them back and back hand set up shots, now I am now firing off my jab a lot more and with accuracy and feel much more confident, even my head movement has calmed down I use to move out quit wide. I would like to keep you posted on my progress and seek your advise to if possible. thank you

i gotta say when i do the 4 in a row and put the video speed on 2x its hard for me too, i dont do much of this tyle mitt work at our gym (m&m boxing frankford philadelphia), but when im bored its a good way to get my blood flowing in the morning, btw sure you get mad stories like this but i just wanted to let you know in case success stories help being posted, and not sure if you remember me prob not, but im from philly and was an amateur fighter at 152 novice when i was 17-19, after tendinitis right arm , rota tor cuff surgery from boxing and baseball right arm, and 2 ganglion cyst surgeries , bad knees from football in high school, bad weight lifting advice, and being a catcher from age 5- age 23 playing division 1 college ball on shot knees, and coaches giving me pain killers to mask the pain causes me to really make things worse, all that and next thing i know im a 28 years old 5'8" 340 lb pipefitter who hated my job and couldnt get out of bed in the morning from pain and just straight up hating life from giving up on my dreams of fighting and coaching just plain being around boxing, i was too embarrassed to show my face around my old gyms and was too embarrassed of my weak cardio and diminished skillz, so i contacted jt van v and he hooked me up w a great price on some videos and also had the best boxing channel in terms of teaching i had seen esp for beginners, between him always responding to all of us annoying people and patience, he really is a special guy, at first i just was hitting the speed bag for fun, then he made the best beginner rope jumping video since i didnt want to walk into the gym not knowing any rope work, now still following his videos in my spare time and back in the fight game full time im not back to 154 for my pro fight, but im getting there, and considering last year at the quillin jacobs fight at barclays i was wearing a suit with size 46 waist slacks , im today wearing a 36 and just cracked 200 weighing in today at 196, and compared to getting the first 140 lbs off, the last 30 lbs is cake, just had to say thanks, between you helping me train at home and mateuz m giving me the motivational videos i owe you guys my life, thats no joke. when i get that belt from canelo ill be thanking you , also watch out for keenan "killa tkk" smith T 140lbs back on showtime november 12th vs steve belmontes, and donald "no luv" smith at 126 lbs fightig same card we think and kyree lyons pa golden gloves champ open class 123, and jr olympian lemar "supa" smith 95 lbs, m&m boxing frankford and harrison streets, and then jrock at 154 chasing charlo, and danny facing thurman in march 2017 philly is taking over, and good luck to malik taking on king kong coming up

I`ve done this session with with a VR Cardboard with my mobile device. Man, it`s great to do some pad work during a pause at work. We need a hologram projection of you through a hologram device. I think that`s is the future. There are some experiments with VR goggles/cardboards available. The haptic will follow soon in the future, what allows you to "test" the guard of the participant better :-) .

Thank you very much for your videos!! I can't go to a gym so I practice with your different interactive videos every day and it's just great!
