2013.05.13. I don't really know the name for these chinup plus behind the head mixed pullups, so I have decided to call them Renegade pullups. Do a pullup to your chin (chinup) and as you start to come back down stop when the bar is in front of your eyes, then squeeze your head underneath it and pullup again, this time going up to your neck behind your head. Then you can come down all the way, and this counts as ONE rep. Continue until you finish your set.
