Excellent video, packed with good advice. The ‘stay busy’ advice is, I find, very important indeed. I’m one of those fortunate people whose energy levels shoot up when I’m fasting so I achieve a great deal during my fasting period. You’re very inspirational.

Great advice! I love it. I am going to implement it. Did you start with eating two meals a day? I will definitely struggle with OMAD, but want to stick to lunch and dinner without snacks. I am a person who prefers larger meals and I hate breakfast.
